The hurt in Arcann eyes when he knew his anger costed him his best friend , to lose his brother to his own hand. Couldn’t imagine just how broken he must have been at that moment.
I like to think of his yellow lighting as force judgement developed from the influence of his mother and brother. Senya emphasizing justice and thexan staying loyal to his brother
Lana freed the outlander, not Senya. Also the outlander actually kills Valkorian in the throne room unless you kneel which is more of a dark side version. And one more thing, the turning point for Arcann dying or living is at Voss. You have to keep Senya alive. Killing her makes Arcann dark and you have to kill him in chapter 6. Helping Senya heal Arcann returns him to his light side and he joins you in chapter 6. Good vid though. I would of loved to see more emphasis on all his abilities though. I just love this man!
We know that Thexan is the most Prodigy of his siblings, Arcann believed to be inferior and Vaylin the most powerful of her brothers. Some how Arcann is actually the most powerful of the Eternal Children because as a Dark Sider, he nearly kill Valkorion but killed his Brother Thexan instead when he saved Valkorion by force pull Arcann back, he was also more powerful against the Hero of Tython when his enemies aren't. As a Redeemer he keeps up with Vaylin and helped his Mother Senya and the Hero of Tython now known as the Alliance Commander to overthrow Vaylin and later she helped them overthrow Valkorion's Spirit. Arcann and Senya also helped the Hero of Tython saving Satele Shan from Tenebrae Spirit from infecting her and her students and unite Thexan and Vaylin to aid the Hero of Tython and his companions and fight back against their father.
As far as lightsaber skills go, Arcann outclasses her completely. I’m not gonna knock her own skills, but she can’t really compare to a master swordsman like her brother. He trained hard to hone his craft, and he was constantly out on the battlefield. Fighting in various combat scenarios and situations. While by no means would he be able to beat upper echelon duelists like Yoda, Mace Windu, or GM Luke Skywalker, he certainly can compare to them. In terms of his Force powers, Vaylin outstrips him as you said.

The interesting fact is that Arcann can leap 70 metters for a less than 2 seconds. The most powerfull foce leap ever. He prove it in battle of Zakuul when he alied with the Outlander.
I dont understand one thing. According Rule of Two, Valkorion must not contain Vaylin. He was immortal anyway. He was already achieve spirit transpher, why he did this to Vaylin ? When the apprentice became more powerfull, then he must take the matle. I don't understand why Valkorion do not respect that rule.
@@gushy7438 The rule of two was established by Darth Bane roughly 1.000 years before the battle of Yavin. SWTOR (and therefore Valkorion, Arcann etc.) takes place roughly 3.600 years before the battle of Yavin. There was no 'need' for a rule of two with millions of sith in the galaxy. ;o)
Sidious was a psychopath and a tyrant, but he was a wise man, as well. His statement to Anakin of “to understand the great mystery, one must study ALL its aspects…” to only study and utilize one side or the other severely limits the potential of the wielder.
Vaylin was scary. What ever happened to Kiara, on the jedi section of the old republic? Did she die while the main character was frozen? Can see that choosing the light or dark severely limits the later force users on both sides. I wonder if any of them (yoda, vader, etc) realized that learning about both would give them more abilities?
Arcann is definitely runner up for the most underrated character in all of Star Wars. Man is comparable to Prime Revan and its debatable who wins between the two. Prime Revan is not Shadows of Revan but him in Echoes of Oblivion. Arcann is above every version of Revan, including SoR, before echoes of oblivion. This video is also misinformed. Arcann was not a darksider he mastered both sides of the Force in a way unique to the Knights of Zakuul. The Zakuulan Knights wielded the Force in a way unique to them and gave them an enormouse edge against the Jedi and Sith. Satele Shan comments on this use of the Force being superior to anything Jedi or Sith are capable of and states Arcann is invincible and the only way to defeat him was to also master both sides of the Force in a manner similar to the Knights of Zakuul. This same Satele was part of a strike team that defeated SoR Revan yet saw Arcann as nigh unstoppable. Arcann also used Tutaminis to an insane degree holding back a weakened yet bloodlusted Valk's extended Force Lightning that was so large in scope it destroyed an entire fleet of nearby ships and anyone nearby with casualties in the thousands. Arcann defended and tanked this attack for a while before succumbing to the blast and falling off the ship. He is seen in the next chapter complete unscathed and in peak shape which takes place directly after this encounter.

We know Valkorion was originally a powerful Zakuulan warlord, likely very powerful in the Force before being taken over by Vitiate. Vaylin seems to be a direct power-descendant from Vitiate himself, which explains his fear of her. Both Thexan and Arcann, though powerful, never seemed to approach that level of potential. This might also explain Vaylin's explosive temper, even before being imprisoned on Nathema (she kills two Knights of Zakuul by crushing them in their armor in a burst of rage as a young girl - very reminiscent of her father at that age, though less calculating) - she was a daughter not of Valkorion, but of the demonic Vitiate himself.

I know this probably makes no sense but I think he would have trained Arcann to use the force as a whole and not holding back one side of the force because it was either light or dark... which is probably why Arcann's force lightning was yellow instead of the usual darksided sith colors. Considering that zakuul knights don't view the force as light and dark and take a different philosophy, it would be likely that he was trained in both the light and darkside of the force.

Yup, Arcann is one of few that actually BEATS the player character / Outlander in a fair fight, untill the outlander must learn that the Sith / Jedi or whatever teachings they had din't help, but had to learn to fight a enemy beyond the Jedi and Sith, is when the Outlander finally managed to stand a chance. Arcann Defeated the Outlander like 2-3 times already in a fight. Arcann was so much more powerfull then the player character.
I am actually wondering what would the war between the rebellion and the empire be like if the eternal empire joined it midway through what the eternal fleet destroyed what remained of the empires fleet during key battles which took place in the movies
Valkorion: There is only one Emperor, and he does not suffer pretenders. I think he destroys Palpatine and Vader. The Rebellion just picks a new target to rebel against... the Eternal Empire.
There's another continuity in which Senya does not sacrifice her life and lives. She goes on to assist Arcann and the Outlander in defeating Valkorion.
This was a rather interesting video. I would very much like to see the Eternal Empire either on the big or small screen, but then again its not just the Eternal Empire, all of the Old Republic needs, no, desperately needs to be made into a live action movie saga or series.
No matter what he told himself, 'Valkorion' was never his true persona. He never truly decided to just be Valkorion, he was just somewhat deluded. In the end, he was the same little boy who murdered his own parents, trapped his father in a box for over a thousand years, and tried to eat the entire galaxy. Had he reclaimed the Eternal Throne as intended, he would've eventually gone back to basics and wanted to devour the entire galaxy anyway, most likely.

I think Valkorion wanted to break his sons, therefore the psychological abuse since their childhood. Breaking them would mean he could extend even more control and use them as weapon. He bound Vaylin's power and I think ultimately the reason was that she was more powerful than him. Arcann and Thexann react differently to this toxic family setup. Arcann wants approval and recognition - in a form he is trying to connect to his parent, and his father's coldness and refusal, abandonment as a parent makes him angrier and angrier until he loses control and lashes out, Thexann tries to save Arcann from making a mistake and Arcann in his blind rage kills his brother. Thexann who seems to be more stoic and regulated emotionally, having strong connection to Arcann, may look like a nicer person from the outside, but I think he just survived differently, maybe more detached from this chaos emotionally, in this harsh family environment. I personally loved the broken family dynamics of Arcann, Thexan, Vaylin, Senya, Valkorion while they are also pretty much the most powerful force users of their time. For me it looked like a promising royal family saga. I would have loved to see more of Zakuul and that storyline.

The Truth Is That : The sides arent philosophies.They "do" exist.When you are force sensitive,it doesnt matter at all what your philosophy is because you must be aligned to a side regardless. What people call the light side is in reality just The Force,theres no light side. What is called the dark side is a perversion of The Force that is used fueled by selfish intentions or emotions. Since the Force is a living entity,it doesnt like Force sensitives messing around and using The Force for selfish purposes since the Force is something collective and not individual. The issue with both sides of the force is they are exactly that… extreme polar opposites and not true balance which is exactly what Valkorion tries to teach any force using outlander. Not at all saying he was a good guy but he was correct that using the force requires balance to be truly powerful. As for the chosen one it is NOT his destiny to destroy the Sith that is a misinterpretation his role per the clone wars episodes on Mortis was to MAINTAIN BALANCE between BOTH sides of the force. Revan didn't defeat Vitiate lol. Lemme bless you with some actual real info. Revan was betrayed by his companion (forgot the name tbh, Sithari dude) and Exile was killed in the process when they tried to defeat Vitiate. Vitiate then has put Revan in some kind of mind trance prison, where he was (Revan) in a state of trance for 300 years. What Vitiate did, he saw his Empire as a failed project, so he kinda staged his death, but in truth he transfered himself into a man called Valkorion and he built a new empire, Eternal Empire. When Arcann was healed in Shrine of Healing which is on Voss, Senya survived, later she joined the outlander vs Vaylin and Valkorion. Senya never died. Another thing i will add, Valkorion was not a Sith not his family was. He was near God. Valkorion told this to the outlander The outlander: Im not explaining democracy to a Sith. Valkorion: "I am not a Sith, and democracy is overrated.

Exaxtly this. Although the game doesn't do Arcann justice in representing the full scope of Arcann's power, you can read the incredible long list of his abilities on wiki. Arcann was an absolute beast and I wish they showed more of him this way and how powerful he really was.
All 3 of his kids could probrobly solo both the jedi and sith coucils attacking them at once. Note that the people on these councils could match Yoda and sidious.
Valkorian would’ve just used Thexan to continue to conquer, knowing that he would never rise against him. You would’ve fought him in Chapter One of KOTFE and probably lose when Valkorian joined Thexan in fighting you

Arcann is twice more powerfull than Sidious, i don't understand why everybody think that Sidious is ultimate Sith. Now, Vaylin is 3 times more powerfull than Arcann, only Valcorion is more powerfull than her. Little facts here, Vaylin can rip Sidious in half only with the force, she can desintegrate his body with the force. Valcorion can kill Sidious with just one single lightning strike. Plus you cannot kill Valcorion with a lighsaber or the force, he can create energy shield with the force. Valcorion killed Darth Marr who was the ultimate Sith with one single lightning shot. So those who believe that Sidious is ultimate Sith, well they are very very wrong.

I always believed that Arcane was haunted by the death of his brother and could have turned to the light and be redeemed and learn to forgive himself for cutting down his brother and finding peace in the end

I am actually wondering what would the war between the rebellion and the empire be like if the eternal empire joined it midway through what the eternal fleet destroyed what remained of the empires fleet during key battles which took place in the movies

No matter what he told himself, 'Valkorion' was never his true persona. He never truly decided to just be Valkorion, he was just somewhat deluded. In the end, he was the same little boy who murdered his own parents, trapped his father in a box for over a thousand years, and tried to eat the entire galaxy.
Had he reclaimed the Eternal Throne as intended, he would've eventually gone back to basics and wanted to devour the entire galaxy anyway, most likely.

Arcann is one of my favorites characters in star wars old republic
I think Valkorion wanted to break his sons, therefore the psychological abuse since their childhood. Breaking them would mean he could extend even more control and use them as weapon. He bound Vaylin's power and I think ultimately the reason was that she was more powerful than him. Arcann and Thexann react differently to this toxic family setup. Arcann wants approval and recognition - in a form he is trying to connect to his parent, and his father's coldness and refusal, abandonment as a parent makes him angrier and angrier until he loses control and lashes out, Thexann tries to save Arcann from making a mistake and Arcann in his blind rage kills his brother. Thexann who seems to be more stoic and regulated emotionally, having strong connection to Arcann, may look like a nicer person from the outside, but I think he just survived differently, maybe more detached from this chaos emotionally, in this harsh family environment. I personally loved the broken family dynamics of Arcann, Thexan, Vaylin, Senya, Valkorion while they are also pretty much the most powerful force users of their time. For me it looked like a promising royal family saga. I would have loved to see more of Zakuul and that storyline.

What people call the light side is in reality just The Force,theres no light side.

Since the Force is a living entity,it doesnt like Force sensitives messing around and using The Force for selfish purposes since the Force is something collective and not individual.

The issue with both sides of the force is they are exactly that… extreme polar opposites and not true balance which is exactly what Valkorion tries to teach any force using outlander. Not at all saying he was a good guy but he was correct that using the force requires balance to be truly powerful. As for the chosen one it is NOT his destiny to destroy the Sith that is a misinterpretation his role per the clone wars episodes on Mortis was to MAINTAIN BALANCE between BOTH sides of the force. The reason for this is that light cannot exist without dark and dark cannot exist without light too much of either one side is devastating to the force as a whole there must be balance between the two or there will be chaos.

Revan was betrayed by his companion (forgot the name tbh, Sithari dude) and Exile was killed in the process when they tried to defeat Vitiate.
Vitiate then has put Revan in some kind of mind trance prison, where he was (Revan) in a state of trance for 300 years.
What Vitiate did, he saw his Empire as a failed project, so he kinda staged his death, but in truth he transfered himself into a man called Valkorion and he built a new empire, Eternal Empire.

When Arcann was healed in Shrine of Healing which is on Voss, Senya survived, later she joined the outlander vs Vaylin and Valkorion. Senya never died.
Another thing i will add, Valkorion was not a Sith not his family was. He was near God. Valkorion told this to the outlander

Valkorian would’ve just used Thexan to continue to conquer, knowing that he would never rise against him. You would’ve fought him in Chapter One of KOTFE and probably lose when Valkorian joined Thexan in fighting you

Arcann is twice more powerfull than Sidious, i don't understand why everybody think that Sidious is ultimate Sith.
Now, Vaylin is 3 times more powerfull than Arcann, only Valcorion is more powerfull than her.
Little facts here, Vaylin can rip Sidious in half only with the force, she can desintegrate his body with the force. Valcorion can kill Sidious with just one single lightning strike. Plus you cannot kill Valcorion with a lighsaber or the force, he can create energy shield with the force.
Valcorion killed Darth Marr who was the ultimate Sith with one single lightning shot.
So those who believe that Sidious is ultimate Sith, well they are very very wrong.

Inside his armour his body was just ash.
