- This is your BodyFit by Amy 25-Minute Standing Mobility Flow Workout! One thing that all athletes fit into their training regimen is mobility work so we're going do this workout all from a standing position using just your own bodyweight. We will get mobility flexibility, we'll get your heart rate up for cardio, but most of all we will get you stretched out and feeling good. Are you ready? Let's do it!

Just what I needed today! I have a five hour webinar, only got 4.5 hours of sleep, and really wanted to move my body without wearing myself out. This was perfect.
Absoluetly much needed great stretches.
Love this. Very anxious with what’s going on in my life currently…this helped me release a lot of that stress.

Love this! 6 miles of stroller running today and this replaced my typical night time yoga- it was PERFECT. Thank you Amy! I think I'll come back to this more and more throughout this pregnancy too- it's mobility and stretching but I think will offer some more space for a growing belly than a standard yoga flow will too.
LOVE IT!! Perfect for today as I have been experiencing upper back tightness/discomfort. I’m saving this video to use again in days I need extra stretching and mobility (which, honestly, is every day, lol!)

I think I found my go to when I'm feeling gross but don't want a heavy workout! I don't really like yoga but loved this. Quick, kept me moving, and was relaxing (minus the 2yo in the next room)

Tbh - was going to skip this one and go for the “harder” one for Day 5. Glad I didn’t. This was EXACTLY what my body and mind needed! Although I’m a day behind this week… done 4/4 and love the way these workouts are working together!

i needed this today. after powerwashing fencing for 5.5 hours yesterday, my upper body and back were feeling it this morning. I did a light three-mile run and then this workout, and I feel much more loose.
I saw this work out the other day and set it aside for today after doing a more difficult work out in the October program. This was exactly what I needed! Thank you so much. This is a saver! I wanted to comment also and your eye make up. Your eyeliner is absolutely adorable!

This was a great way to get relief from from a lot of stiffness . Also the light cardio was awesome!💕👍
I have migraines, and sometimes if I can get the right amount of activity at an early point in the headache, it derails the migraine and I get relief. It’s hard to thread that needle (intense enough without exacerbating the pain), but this workout was perfect. Thanks again!
