Really like these standing mobility stretches this month. I always feel better after stretching but the static stretches are mentally challenging for me.

Thank you so much for these 20 minute stretching videos, I'm a teacher and I sneak into the music room when it's free during my prep period to stretch, I always feel great afterward and it's the stress-free time that I need every week. Question- the first stretch in this video is meant to be felt in the feet, but I can't seem to feel it there no matter what angle or width I try... I feel it more like I'm using the strength of my quads... is there anything I could try to change about my posture or anything that would help for me to feel it in my feet?? A good foot stretch sounds incredible :) Thanks again, Sydney!! You're a badass!!

man, this was a good stretch. I think I'm going to try to do this 3 or 4 times a week. I am probably the most non-flexible person alive. Trying to touch my toes and I can't even get past my knees!! Everything is so tight, but this felt so good!! Thanks Sydney!!
Hello to you from fellow non-flexible sister lol!) But I've noticed that working out and stretching every time after a workout (Even for 5 minutes) helped a little bit. I certainly didn't become flexible (lol)- but at least a tiny bit less tight in general. Hope you'll also have some progress with this)
