- This 25 minute bodyweight workout uses low impact moves (no jumping or running) in a high intensity tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Blast fat and burn calories, all while toning and tightening your muscles. Options and modifications for all fitness levels. Are you ready?

Really great workout! I have joint issues, so I definitely appreciate doing high intensity while still being gentle on the joints. I also appreciate having options I can turn to when I don't have my weights available and still feel like I got a good workout in.

This was great! I live in an apartment so it was nice to do something quiet. Also I always have a hard time getting my core to tighten but I felt like the moves themselves helped tighten my core without me having to pay too much attention to it.

This was great and much appreciated. Being on the heavy side, my joints aren’t happy when I do any jumping or extreme impact movements. Especially since the meniscus was taken out of my right knee, so its nice to have a workout that still works you without being in joint pain later. Thank you!
Loooved this! I messed up my shoulder a bit recently from sitting weird (oops - working on it) and this was great to get an awesome workout with easy modifications so I didn't have to move my shoulder too much. Felt amazing and sweaty after. And I love that it was quiet for my downstairs neighbors :) Thank you so much!

It's the first tabata routine I've tried, and it was great for this senior with joint issues. I was sweating and heart pumping, but I love how you always remind us to choose our own intensity based on where we are today. Your reminders to hydrate are also supportive. You are my favorite fitness instructor, and I appreciate you VERY much!
loved this. i have plantar fasciitis and have a hard time with high impact. this was amazing. and still sweating and got my heart rate way up
