  • This is your 32 Minute Quiet Cardio Sweat workout. We are going to keep it quiet, but we're going to get our hearts pumping too! Don't be fooled by the name quiet cardio -- this workout is low impact, but high intensity! I'll give you lots of different options, so you can be where you are today. You don't need any equipment for this workout just some space to move.

    I have a tendency to stay away from cardio videos because I prefer the dumbbell workouts but I loved this workout and even though I am so uncoordinated Amy showed different options for the moves and she reminds you to to do just you! It’s ok to be Where are you are for that day. Thank you Amy for making cardio fun!

    Wow! Much more challenging than I expected. And I am not at all new to working out. Loved it, but admittedly did not love everything at the end like Amy said I would. 🤣 Fantastic workout!

    I had a really stressful day, so I took it slower than usual, and stayed standing. Modified the warmup and final round quite a bit (that "surrender" move creeped me out), and still ended up sweaty. So thanks.

    Day two done, absolutely loved this one, 3year old nearly 2 year old and 8 week baby let me complete this workout yayyyy, love the 30mins ones 🏋️‍♀️💪🏻🏃‍♀️

    Oh man. Don’t ever let anyone tell you low impact is easy. I got my heat rate higher on this one than did most of the actual workouts with HIIT in the name. Thank you for this. I don’t know what I would do without you Amy. Thanks for all you do 😘

    Awesome workout, Amy!! I would love to see more quiet cardio, boxing, or standing pilates on our active recovery days. I really like to still get my heart rate up on my in between strength days! Thank you for keeping me working out, Amy!!

    love that you're doing low impact! I've only done low impact for the last 36+ years - since I was pregnant with our daughter. There are so many ways to adapt almost everything to low impact and still get a high heart rate.

    Needed some motivation to get back into my exercise routine and decided NLN would be the perfect way to do this. I’m running a day behind on this programme due to the time of day I workout here in the UK. Yesterday I completed day 1 which I really enjoyed. Aching this morning but in a good way. When I saw the title of this workout I wasn’t thrilled as wasn’t sure what to expect but I have to admit it was PERFECT for me today! Feel so much better, aches have eased and I’m already looking forward to the next workout. Thank you Amy 👌😊

    Cardio is my nemesis.....but I keep showing up and doing the best I can. This was perfect for condo living! (I've had a noise complaint from previous workouts jumping around at 7am🙃)

    As someone who (still) hates to exercise, when a trainer or instructor says "it's about to get fun" or "you're gonna love it", I pretty much know whatever is coming up will NOT be fun and I probably won't love it. But I try to do it anyway.

    Oh Amy! This was amaaaaazing! I did get fooled by quiet. But loved it! Just what I needed today. I had little cute spasm from snatch the other day despite I was careful. So this was the one today. Enjoyed and appreciate it and also really challenged.

    Wow wow 👌. This was tougher than I expected
    First time in a long time I had to stop to catch my breath on a workout. Think i underestimated this low impact workout. Thank you Amy, I've saved this to my fav and will come back to this again determined to do it without stopping.

    Love this workout, even with low impact it is possible to burn a lot of calories :)
