Amy, I am one of your longtime followers but my consistency is horrible. This video is a must, essential, pin it at the top for anyone that does the first day, and can't move by the 2nd day. This moving and stretching, ahhhh.... best feeling and will enable me to workout more tomorrow. Thank you for this!

LOVED this. Added light weight hand weights for a little extra arm. I think this format is highly accessible for all levels of fitness. This is important to me since I am an OT, and I often incorporate movement into my sessions. I will be using this video today!

Another wonderful video Amy! I usually go for the weighted workouts for strength rather than body weight, but I have just done this one and I loved it! Holding the stretches felt like I was doing my muscles a whole lot of good and working in a different way which challenged me. Fantastic! Thankyou so much xx

Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together, it was a really bad phase but we got through it.

I Liked it. Slower pace but I felt the muscle stretches. A good reminder for me that my workouts do not need to always be intense to see the rewards.
Loved it! I like that one can personalize this to whatever one needs it to be - for me, today, it was active stretching (and some strength). Please keep including routines like this - they really do help in recovery from hard workouts! 🙂
