This no equipment active recovery workout can be whatever you need it to be! We’ll get strength with gentle bodyweight exercises, combined with active stretching and mobility. It can be adjusted in intensity depending on where you are today.
LOVED this. Added light weight hand weights for a little extra arm. I think this format is highly accessible for all levels of fitness. This is important to me since I am an OT, and I often incorporate movement into my sessions. I will be using this video today!
Another wonderful video Amy! I usually go for the weighted workouts for strength rather than body weight, but I have just done this one and I loved it! Holding the stretches felt like I was doing my muscles a whole lot of good and working in a different way which challenged me. Fantastic! Thankyou so much xx

Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together, it was a really bad phase but we got through it.

I Liked it. Slower pace but I felt the muscle stretches. A good reminder for me that my workouts do not need to always be intense to see the rewards.
