I have a commercial stove and I didn’t realize it until someone told me. You have to calibrate the air mixture. Big yellow= not enough air flow, hot flickering angry blue= too much air. Have someone go over that stove, simple fix

Nice to know they'll be able to make real food, with real ingredients, that'll keep them alive once they're out on their own. For those who criticise.... don't watch. Here's how people in WNY really make hot wings. Cut them up (Drum and wing) save the tips for stock. Fry them in oil on the stove until they golden brown and then coat them in Melted butter and franks red hot. No flour or hooligan BS needed, super simple and tasty as hell.

Might want to take another look before claiming he is using the same bowl before and after cooking chicken.............once he takes the chicken out and puts it in the fry pan you can see the franks etc all over the insides of the bowl............when he puts the cooked chicken in a bowl the insides are clean!
One thing I will never do---touch chicken and then put fingers in the dry rub, also putting chicken in the same flour used for other dishes----that is a no-no---other than that, looks good

Wings should be brined or marinated then prefry at 275 for about 8 minutes which pre cooks them and renders some fat then portioned and freez, freezing dose something to the skin that makes it supper crispy, and since you didn't cook them all the way there still juicy when you fry at 350 for another 8 min or so toss in butter and red hot.
Wait for it, wait for it, then "....add a little bit of butter...." Can there be anything he makes that he does not add butter? I've watched about 5 of his videos so far and I haven't seen it yet.

We have a friend (that is now vegan) when she was vegetarian - every now and then she had a hankering for chicken wings. I guess something about chicken and cheese - they were her vices for a while. We don't eat as much meat as we use to. We'll have a meat dish once a day, other than that it's fruit and vegetables all the way. Glad this video helped.

Why? Unless you're planning on eating the dry rub and flour raw it won't be an issue. You people need to quit watching the food network.
So handled chicken,then spice,hot sauce,oil,pan,plate without washing hands. Taste great with 3 days of affects.
