  • I've been working on my truck. I made a new stuck out system for my pack out.

      With the price of decent plywood, it's not too much more than making the grates w a router and requires much less time. Especially when compared to industrial weight similar systems.

    This was always my biggest gripe with packout, having to unstack to get to what you want. It's just annoying. Great job! Looks awesome!

    Assuming your battery holders are the chargers sticking through the door. Always plugged in for charging. Milwaukee actually has a USB carge kit that would be useful here. Run the lighter outlets and put the battery on the holder, then rivet the charger into place where it fits perfect. That way you always have it charging when you hang it up

    Thats neat n clean. Personally i prefer t ridgid boxes they are just tougher. my kind of job is a go constantly.so those Milwaukee boxes just couldn't stand t beating.

    Dude, that’s such an ingenious idea. But I would add one thing to it. Caster wheels on the bottom to give it more stability. Idk how long that upper railing system would last with all that weight swinging at the base [bottom] of it.

    One of the advantages to the Dewalt ToughSystem is that they thought of this from the beginning. Good job on bringing that functionality over to the Milwaukee side of things.

    You're lucky. Here in New Zealand we get ripped off severely. Those stacking boxes are around NZ $110 each. Around $1100 for ten boxes excluding the mounting hardware.
