For those who want really lose fat you must doing caloric deficit (C.D is when you increase the number of calories your body needs but still consume the same number of calories from food) and doing these exercise even more intense one gradually cuz it will make your core strong and when u do the caloric deficit it will get rid of that fat layering your abdominal muscles and make your abs visble
Everytime i go to this channel i love it im on day 3 of doing his workouts (I mashed together a bunch of his) and im already feeling better

Hate to break this to y'all, but working out is only one part of losing fat. You need to sleep at least 7 hours, be on a caloric deficit, walk, etc.

I think this doesn't burn more calories, it just makes you sweat much faster and overheat and tire you out more so basically you burn less calories as compared to a longer/intense session in the cold.
Basically like you training a small forearm muscle that gets tired fast with 5kg compared to a big muscle like Gluteus which can do 100kg, you're same tired after that but the big muscle burned much more.
lol kinda where I live its at least almost 40 degrees and going to school is like a work out for us since we do not have air-con and then we have to go up and down the stairs literally every time

En 1 mois j ai déjà perdu un peu de graisse et ce sans le faire régulièrement à cause de mes 2 boulots mais même si c est un peu dur les premiers jours après ça devient une routine. Le ventre a un peu baissé donc ça a son efficacité. Je vais le continuer sans souci. Quand les résultats seront encore probants, je vous ferai signe. Bon courage à ceux qui le font
