- How to lose weight while you sleep? We can all agree that exercising regularly is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy. But do we exercise daily? No. Do we sleep daily? Yes. So what could be a better way to lose weight than to do so while we sleep?
The first thing you’ll need to do is boost your metabolism. As scientific studies show, cold water forces your body to burn more calories since it has to heat up to get that water in your belly warmer. The same concept works with the water you’re bathing in. By the way, all these tips will help you burn calories as you sleep. But just sleeping for 8 hours gets rid of 300 calories on its own!

When you use resistance (weights) while working out it burns a lot of calories even after you finish your workout and even when you sleep because your body is trying to repair broken muscle tissues. I lost a lot of weight when I started resistance training because I was also on a calorie deficit accidentally.

I've been able to lose a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel
To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
- Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal.
- Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet.
- Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.

I struggled for years but finally I was able to lose 80 pounds! My best advice is to take baby steps. It doesn't happen overnight and if you try to change your entire lifestyle so quickly you may end up getting overwhelmed and frustrated but If you ease into it and just try to be a little better each day. That is when the magic happens 😁

Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 it was a very slow and steady process..i didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie in take every 2 weeks until i hit the deficit i needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now i want to slowly integrate more calories until i hit maintenance!

A 5 day split routine dont use too many sets weekly and dont use too heavy weights, eat healthy and make sure that you relax on saturday and sunday but a long slow morning or afternoon walk is okay.

cup of green tea and table spoon of peanut buter before bed

15 sit ups
30 sec v sit
20 push ups
35 bike climbers
40 sec hold
20 lunges
15 side to side
i recomend doing it 3-5 times a day
also an extra is to do
20 jumping jacks
20 squats
20 mountain climbers between each work out and
after all of that you can do
50 lunges
50 jumping jack
50 squats
50 mountain climbers

Tips from my own dietary experience: Reduce meal portions by using a dessert plate instead of a dinner plate - the plate will still look full but there'll be less on it (unless you pile it very high). Drink a glass of water before eating. Fully eat one forkful at a time, only loading up and ingesting another forkful after the previous forkful's been swallowed. Maybe consider buying a portion plate which marks out how much space for protein, veg etc. If poss do your food cut-back, or a full diet, with others in your household as it's soul-destroying being on a diet while others continue to eat fatty treats in front of you. If you have sugar in hot drinks, cut back by half a teaspoonful per stage; I went from 2.5 teaspoons of sugar to none; the first 1.5 teaspoons, in stages, were fairly easy; the last half teaspoon took ages. And as per the Bright Side, yes to changing to black coffee, but you'll probably find you'll want to upgrade the make of coffee you buy, but even so it's amazing how much money you save when you're not buying milk and sugar.
