Just wanna say that I've been doing this video almost daily for several months after some sort of sports workout for the day, and this is a great workout. My abs have made a really nice change. This obviously isn't a workout to make killer abs, but this makes them look really good and be of great strength. A great diet also ups these two factors as well. Would recommend this workout to anybody. 👍

Tips for beginners.
This workout is intense, but it targets the abdominal muscles very well (?). If you never worked out before or isn't active in working out, your abs are not strong enough to perfectly execute these exercises, such as:
> You may find yourself arching your back. Do not arch your back or you will hurt your spine. To counter this, don't lower your legs too low and keep them at a level where you can maintain proper posture.
> Your legs should have a slight bend, but pulling your hamstrings just a little (when extended).
> When you're really exhausted and you can't hold it anymore, take a rest. It's okay to have a short rest.
If you find yourself unable to hold your legs, (the lever which the abs will hold) it's best to search for hip and leg muscle strengthening videos. It doesn't only improve your posture, but it also promotes better muscle contraction and relaxation.

Maybe another tip: Creating a toned body takes time! No matter how hard the exercise is, if you can't do it properly, it won't contribute to anything!!

I suggest you to find more beginner friendly programs or do some research to help in effectively working your muscles. If you have posture problems, it's best to work on correcting your posture first before trying to gain a toned body because it may cause extensive injuries when doing certain exercises in a wrong position / with weak muscles.
If you solely want to burn fat and lose weight, I suggest you to try out HIIT exercises. Note that I'm no expert in this field, so if you have any joint or health problems, please do consult a specialist before carrying out the routine.

I’ve been on this workout for a while and it didn’t take very long for me to see results. My abs are a lot more defined and as a horse rider, the increased core strength helped me to balance and sit on the saddle

@@raphaelmarciano4191 No not really I just did this every 2 days post-workout. I also ate less often throughout the day. Then after a month and a half I saw my core strength drastically improve. Flutter kicks became super easy, I started practicing L-Sits and yea that's really it. The main thing is doing the core exercises correctly and slowly. Form is key.

@@user-pf7ii9qz3e Nearly the same body. My obliques popped out and the six pack was visible like his. I did not have the V lines like he did because he had them through other exercises.
Also wanted to say that I had was mildly skinny, the thing is everyone has abs ( it all depends on your genetics for how the abs look like. They can be unevenly lined, different shapes, and can have a 4/6/8 or even a 10 layout), but there is layer of fat that covers the abdominal muscles. So like I said: I ate less and went on a calorie deficit even though I was kinda skinny and they started showing. Then as you train them they get bigger and pop out. Sometimes even through a layer of muscle. To see your abs, not only do you do a workout, but you MUST have a calorie deficit or a weight goal or it will take very long for them to show. *For those who are struggling*
You need to find out your body fat percentage first and in order to see your abs you need to be around 12% (Men) and 18% ( Women) however some people will say that I'm over 12% but still my abs are visible some will say I'm under 12% but they aren't visible the answer is genetics and abs training.
*How to get there? My answer is by losing body fat 0.5% -1% is ideal... And in order to do that you need to create calorie deficit and remember slow and steady wins the race. I hope you'll find it useful and i had to say a lot but I can't say everything here.*
Ps: There's no magik then you can get abs in one week or one day... It's depends on your body fat percentage that how much time you'll need to get there

If ur skinny fat then here’s a tip- do these exercise and don’t cut instead bulk. That way you’ll gain more muscle and lose weight. More muscle = fast metabolism. However don’t eat dirty and eat 600+ your maintainance level. So eat clean and bulk with exercising. Good luck on your journey everyone!
hmm damn i think i like cut and bulk isn't that easy i heard but yes i guess im skinny fat? i am like fine not that skinny and not fat at all, just have a light layer on my belly
metabolism doesn't work that way. No matter how much muscle you have, it won't increase your metabolism as much as you think. Muscles do NOT consume noticeably more calories just for being there. unless you're look to be a professional body builder, bulk-up isn't really an optimal option to choose. It will most likely make you just fatter unless you can spend 3+ hours a day at gym and do the workouts until you're literally exhausted.
I'm a little fat but VERY skinny, for the past 2 weeks I've been making these smoothies to bulk and have been doing workouts every morning and every 3 days I do extra weightlifting, I'm gonna start doing this ab workout in the evening and see how it turns out, hope this works

Did this for the first time two days ago. I was skeptical but the pump I felt was amazing. Starting today, I'll be doing it at least twice a day. I'll see where I'll be in 2 weeks. You can ask me and if I don't report back you may call me an asshole.
I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t do it twice a day and should have at least 1 or 2 rest days a week for your muscles to heal.
@AbhishekBhoi-kh3bh Oh yeah, just in time, two weeks later. It's amazing! Visible gains and stronger core, I can do hanging leg raises much more easily. It also helps to burn fat, my cut has been going faster since I started. I'm already lean but my 6 pack is not visible yet, but I'm getting there. The muscle is already there, just a little more fat loss to go. It's amazing how having a stronger core on its own makes your mid section look leaner, it's not all about weight loss.
Also, like the guy said, yeah, I changed my mind about doing it twice a day midway. It's not really worth it. I did twice a day a few times, but for the most part I did it only once and there were 4 rest days.
Conclusion: I tried it and I approve of this workout.

Starting a challenge aiming for about 30 days:
Background information:
I used to train abs a lot. Ive stopped training abs for a while but am now returning to it because of the summer. My stomach is really flat and you can definetly see some vague abs but definetly not as defined as id like them to be.
Day 1: It was harder than I expected and burnt like hell in my abs but I pulled trough and managed to do all the exercises correctly.
Day 2: I definetly noticed a little soreness in my abs meaning that its doing its job. Today it went a little bit easier but it still burnt especially at the hold one.
Day 3: Yesterday I made before pictures to track progress and eventually ill review this workout. I had my covid shot yesterday so i was quite sick and sore but as soon as i felt a little better.i hopped into the training. the amount of soreness made this just that much harder but it truly felt good.
Day 4: The soreness is gone and it was a nice workout.
Day 5: No soreness in the morning, think my body is adjusting to the exercises (in my opinion a drawback to no weight ab workouts you do everyday). do definetly feel a slight burn after the exercise tho.
I havent documented quite some days since Im on vacation and the wifi is terrible but I have still been following this program. The exercise got easier but never too easy. Soreness was rarely there. Will go on to document more days soon! (If requested I can also restart to fill up the missing days)

You can still eat the food you like, just make sure not to overeat it and to work out to where you burn more calories than take in. You can do it! Just start off doing short exercises and work your way up. :)

What happened?
after 1 week: nothing. to get abs like he has, you need to do it for many weeks/months (at least if you start from zero)
To all you new guys watching this is NOT the best way to get showing abs if you have a higher body fat precentage and the only thing you went is showing abs you need a lower body fat procentage, and this workout will give you strong abs ofc but if you actually wanna get BIG abs you need to traing withing 7-15 reps (to muscular failiure ofc) you need to put stress on your abs

that's the body definition im going for but I feel I did too much damage in my teens and twenty's being overweight. I was 260 lbs got down to 130 my lowest from trail running up and down mountains and now maintaining at 140 but I have loose skin and stretchmarks now so I don't know if I can get totally toned like you ever but I'm trying lol anyways right on dude very impressive hard work put in it shows.
loose skin can be dealth with with surgeries, and stretchmarks, though usually not a big concern for dudes, can be dealt with with laser operations at aesthetic medicine facilities.
Obviously not cheap, and not a pleasant physical experience though.

The most important factor when it comes to abs is low body fat percentage tho
This kinds of exercise strengthen the core and define/sculpt the abs so when it appears when you at a low body fat percentage, they look shredded

This is a great routine. I don't have much difficulty doing this because since May 1, I've been doing a specific ab tabata workout everyday. It wasn't super intense as before because I've gotten used to it, so I shifted to this one. Hope I'll make more progress!
