  • This is 16 meals + snacks prepped in just over an hour for a full work week!
    I’m showing you an easy high-protein weight-loss meal prep plan based on how I lost more than 40 lbs! You can either prep 4 or 5 days of fully prepped meals, and it’s very customizable! I’ll show you how to customize this plan to get anywhere from 1200 to 1800 calories per day. You’ll also be getting about 91g protein per day (almost 100g).
    These are very simple recipes, but there’s still a lot of flavor - everything is gluten- and dairy-free, and there’s vegan options.

    Just did this full meal prep. I prepped without any changes and it took me only about an hour. It all tastes really good, and I feel like my week is going to be great. I am down 16 lbs since Oct. 31st following your preps, recipes and point system. Now that my nutrition is under control, I have less joint pain and can start exercising. Thank you, Leizl!

      @leen3645 yes I lost that much just by changing my diet and maintained it over the holidays by keeping my servings down. I am now adding yoga 3x a week and hoping to lose 15 lbs more. Leizl's plan is solid. I am feeling a lot better and I hope you do, too.

    Omg hi, years ago I watched your Videos to get inspiration for healthy meals to loose Weight. I couldn’t so I decided to have a surgery ( gastric sleeve ) I was 106 kilograms 9 Months ago today I’m 60kg and so happy.     Just made the sweet and sour chicken. It’s amazing, y’all. Highly recommend. The only thing I did different was sprinkle five spice powder on to the veggies when they were sautéing. Thanks for sharing Liezl!

    For the corn starch, it's easiest if you make a slurry. All you have to do is put a tiny bit of water in a glass with the corn starch, stir and then pour into your mixture. No need to shake :)

    Liezl, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. It made me finally curious to try meal prep. In just two weeks, I’ve clearly seen how this makes days so much easier when you can grab meals that you know are right for what you are trying to achieve. I’ll note that this particular selection of meals and snacks is quite carb conscious for those that also need to watch carbs along with their calories.

    I absolutely love these videos so please don't stop doing them. However the only kind of meal prep that works for me is a batch of a meal like a chicken and veggie stew which I freeze and unfreeze as needed and some muffins sitting in the fridge is also really useful. Your chicken and corn dish is good frozen and a batch of protein muffins is always handy. We just don't like meals sitting around in the fridge for days as we may not feel like them and they never taste quite right by day 3 or 4.

    Love the wrap recipe! So many different lovely flavours, healthy and easy to make. I made it for work lunches last week, and doing it again this week. My wraps seem to be small so I just make 2 instead of 1.

    I didn't see where you had a bake time for the breakfast. I live in the states and 35 minutes seemed to be enough. It could have maybe gone for a little longer and been okay. With my ingredients not being dairy free, my macros where: cal- 555, protein- 16, carbs- 85, fiber- 10, fat- 20, sugar- 44. It was delicious!

    A few years ago i did liezl Jayne meal prep and lost 16 pounds in 3/4 months. It does work ! however it wasn’t sustainable for me as i cut out alcohol completely, eating out and my carbs were so low with the courgetti.
    This time i’m going to incorporate some of her meal prep and give myself more of a balance during the weekend to enjoy life aswell but not ruin my progress.

    Love, love, love it! This is so extremely helpful! Question - can you recommend a good substitute for the banana in the muffin pie? Perhaps unsweetened apple sauce? I have Allergies :(

      Yes apple sauce is perfect - 1/2 cup apple sauce to replace 1 banana should work

    Thanks a lot! It looks so yummy and you're inspiring! It makes taking care of yourself appealing 😊 Be careful GF girls, soya sauce has wheat (you can use Tamara sauce which is GF and very similar), oatmeal too unless it's certified (crossed contamination) as well as white tortillas! So if you're very intolerant to gluten or have the celiac disease you can end up having a bad time if not aware of it!

      yes definitely! I like coconut aminos instead of the soy sauce for a gf alt!

    Quite like all these. My hubby and I will prob do our own things for breakfast however i might make the blueberry muffin pie and cut it in 8 bars instead of the 4 slices and make it into a 200c snack.

      yes that's good. I did that once when i just wanted a snack cut it in half and had 1/2 cup almond milk on the side
