the protien bar is 3 major parts: the grinding of the sweeting agent (dates) is looks like he choose dates but i believe he left it open for you to choose (ex. raisen, craisen, yellow raisin, etc,...... the second part was a mixture of his choice of fiber (oatmeal) and protien (he looks to have seaseme seeds, cashews and some others that i can't make out) last and third is the binding agent. he has some peanut buter and choclate. your gonna mix the 3 ( and vary it to your preferences so long as its a healthy one) but it all on a cookie sheet with parchment paper on so it dosnt stick. mix it and mashit all in to the desired shape and he doesn't show him doing it but he drizzles chocolate lines crossing each other on some secret chef move before flping and cutting in to the bar shape. so no cook time. its essentiatiallh all assembly asside from the binding agents where he included protien and used a stove top to apply heat and ensure a good mix..... so to recap..... remember 3 parts;........ dried fruit(s) + protien(s) + binding agent(s) + assembly = Josh Baily's homemade "protien #barz" lol..... - HCIII

I somehow agree with @jaymolima7248.. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and am a diabetic.. if ever I blow my mind off and go for something like that.. thats around 3-4 meals packed in one bar.. oh you’re screwed!!!
