For whoever is trying to seriously bulk up and look massive... try this. Sandwich - 200g Chicken Breast With whatever seasoning you like. 4 Bacon Rashers Grate some eatlean cheese (lactose free and high in protein) 4 eggs to the side 2 tins of mackerel To wash it down. Full fat milk Half a pack of blueberries 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream 1 egg. Note: This is for people who are slim and looking to bulk up seriously quick. If you just want a good reliable daily diet.. try mine 4-5 egg omelette with salt and pepper Mix in some high protein cheese Chop up some chicken and bacon and add to the omelette mix and enjoy. Roughly that's about 1000-1500 calories and 75-100g protein depending of the amount of chicken and bacon you add. For desert - bowl of Greek yoghurt with blueberries and honey.
I was thinking the same.. 200g chicken breast is like 350, greek yogurt is like 100, slices of bread are like 200, and mayo+chutney is like 100 tops.. I dont know where the rest is coming from
@@dummy999he uses 3tbsp of mayo which is 330 calories. 120 for 1tbsp of oil, 14 calories for chutney, 200g chicken breast is 330 calories, 100g of yogurt is 60 calories, two slices is 340 calories + seasoning estimate 30 calories + lettuce is 5 calories so it’s actually 1193 calories. He is way off and I googled all of this based on the estimates from this video. I’m shocked that a small sandwich has that many calories

But without the protein obviously and stuff it's crazy how much calories are in a regular pbj that's why I always use low calorie bread and usually 60 calories of Turkey and 80calories of cheese . then I feel better when I add in a side like an apple or sometimes some pop corners anyways good transformation you earned your self a sub
If you add the spicy to the pan once the oil us hot, you can heat them to release the favours and aromatics. Then you put Ken the chicken in the pan. Love for the aldi tiger bread. Literally the best bread in super markets for the price.
