You speak the truth about most people aren't doing what this young lady is doing. Most people in the U.S.A. aren't buying fresh whole foods and cooking. They're in the fast food lines, buying prepackaged foods in the grocery store, and if they are indeed cooking, it's unhealthy. Also eating so many bad snacks too often. I became one of those people over the years but, moving away from that now. Also working on the stress eating, which is usually unhealthy. Some nutritionist say that eating fast food should only be 1 - 2 times a month because of how unhealthy it is. Although more people are choosing to change their lifestyle to love themselves more and treat the body right, we still have a long way to go in this country. 🙏🏾❤️
To get your animal-free protein is so easy and tasty with a little bit of knowledge - even without protein supplements (of course it is convenient) and even for the needs of an athlete. Great Video!

You have to be very determined and disciplined to maintain and make this a lifestyle. I've started a diet and eating habits 3 times, with the longest lasting a year, and back to old habits I went because I cook for me and my babies so cooking more than one meal is stressful any pointers?
Recently found that you can make tofu out of chickpeas, lentils, etc... Has helped me to not overdo the soy. The are videos on UA-cam on how to make them simply. I how this helps. Happy Eating 🙂

Yeah, I stop at lunch. I barely eat dinner anymore.. Due to my early morning schedule, I eat my main course whenever I can before 6pm.
