Looks good. I'd use brown rice though and have another vegetable in with the broccoli.
I would add the broccoli to the sauce for more flavor

What sort of vegetables would you add?
@@moony-_-. Green beans, carrots, shredded hispi cabbage, whatever I've got in the fridge. Or asparagus in season.

Lovely chicken! How long chicken cooks, after the sauce is added?
The chicken should be almost fully cooked prior to addidng the sauce then cook till thickend
For anyone worried about the white rice being high in carbs/sugars you could replace it with Buckwheat that ive recently discovered. Does a similar job to couscous but its not a wheat, but a flower so is gluten free also.
