I have the same kit on my F20 1series with the Ferodo ds2500, i drove about 3000 miles with them and no noise or other stuff with those rotors. Great build 🔥🔥

I just did the same upgrade to my F30 335i a few weeks ago. So worth it! I just need to code in the brakes
F30 is the best overall looking and modifiable chassis IMHO. Love the content. Keep it coming!

Just put the same brakes on my 335i. Red Calipers. Waited 2 months to get em. Ceramic coated. Dimpled and slotted does make noise, but the performance is well worth it. I also went with Hawk 5.0 HPS Pads.
Air noise right? A friend of mine suggested to drill the dimples to let the air through

I have the 340 mm kit on my m235, interested in hearing how good the 370 mm kit is, always thought the dimpled rotors were a bit gimmicky, but cannot argue with german engineering. Love the tunes bra, use shazzam a-lot on your channel.

340i with 2 piston rear and 4 piston front calipers. Just did this over the weekend and followed the ebc yellowstuff pad bedding process to mate with the also new zimmerman slotted/dimple rotors. is the air "woosh woosh" type clicking sound normal? hear it exceptionally driving next to cars or barriers with windows down. Also, when i brake firmly i get a hum/drone noise. and no my pads aint on backwards. done plenty brake jobs. its just my first time using these type of rotors.
Question…why go with OEM pads vs the StopTech pads?
What about locking wheel nuts? How to you get around that after the stud conversion?

I have a mineral grey f30 and mine came with the yellow m performance brakes from the previous owner. At first I was undecided how I felt about them. But now, I think they look sick since everyone does red or black or the traditional blue

It's common issue the air is trapped between the pads and the dimples

I did the akebono ceramic pads with the m performance rotors and while the dust is cut down substantially, they squeak so damn bad under low speeds. Drive thrus are the worstttt lol
Weird, for me they only squeak when it’s cold
@@seollenda I live in Florida and they squeak constantly. I just learned to deal with it because there’s hardly any break dust so it’s a trade off I suppose

pretty sure you're going to rub with 225/40 in the front. Get 245/35/19 in the front and pair it with 285/30/19 in rear. PEACE!
