Thank You for your guidance, we prevent it before is getting worse. Maybe I’m one of the luckiest person, I’m turning 58 this year and I don’t have any common illnesses, like Chronic which normally at this age. My eyesight is still perfect. Lahat po ng nabanggit ni Doc ay nagagawa ko naman maliban lang po sa pagpunta sa gym😂.Naglalakad naman po ako everyday papunta at pauwi sa trabaho ko kaya exercises na rin po yun skin..Age 53 na po dii naman masyado gumagamit ng salamin,maliban lang kung sobrang liit ng mga letra..
