    21 ways to fall asleep naturally
    1. Create a consistent sleeping pattern
    2. Keep the lights off
    3. Avoid napping during the day
    4. Get some exercise during the day
    5. Avoid using your cell phone
    6 read books few hours before. Not emotional
    7 avoid caffeine - coffee - 3-5hrs effects
    8 Meditation or mindfulness
    9. Don’t wake yourself up
    10. Change your eating habits
    11. Get the room temperature right
    12. Try aromatherapy
    13. Find a comfortable position
    14. Listen to music
    15. Try breathing exercises
    16. Take a hot bath or shower
    17. Avoid reading e-books
    18. Take melatonin
    19. Use a comfortable bed
    20. Avoid noisy environments, if possible
    21. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption

    Dr Sy, I am also watching you from Dallas TX. I have chronic insomnia for more than 2.5 years. I became ANEMIC. And this anemic led to lack iron and lack of oxygen in my blood. Low hemoglobin level also. In the past 3 to 5 days I was able to sleep about 2 to 3 hour but last night I was awake 24 hour! I cannot regain back my sleep anymore! I am CONFINED at the hospital for CABG and my body and heart is so weak, and EVERYTHING is slow including eating and defecating or voiding due to post CABG. Lack of sleep for prolonged period of time like even 3 to 3.4 months happened to me in 2013. Trust me I survived that length of time. What do you think? Btw, I have anxiety due to stress at my work.

    Hello po Doctor i watching from Jeddah saudi Arabia thanks po sa mga info.gumawa po ako ng Detox lemon cucumber Lagyan ko ng bawang un ang daily water ko thanks God wala na aking nervous normal na po ang blood ko minsan tumaas kapag mapuyat at nag luluto ako ng mga mixed vegetables boild asin sibuyas 1 cube chicken at saluyot malunggay wala oil salad every night cucumber tomato lettuce bills pepper cider venigar olive oil .ung ginawa ko detox post ko sq rells para iba gumawa iinum sila.       Paano ako matulog eh ang ingay ingay ng mga aso ng kapitbahay namin...palaging nag howl....mga huskies Kasi...magkatapat pa naman ang Bahay namin....6meters lng ang layo namin . Yong room ko ang tapat ng kulungan ng mga aso nila....

    tama po doc.ako po kc may sari2 store pag late n ako nakluto at pinpakain k plang mga anak ko.inaantok n ako.
    kailangan talaga pag 9pm nakahiga na para 10pm nakatulog na.pag nalagpas na po kc 11pm to12pm hindi na po ako makatulog.tapos ganun din ang gising ko 3:45 pero tinutulog ko pa gang 1hour.puro ganun ang gising ko.salamat doc.first time ko palang manakinig at manuod ng vlog m

    Doc garry tama po routin ko sa pagtulog.hilamos maligamgam at 9pm higa na walang cp.at madilim room ko.kaya tuwing 5 am minsan 4am gigising aki dahil tinatawag na aki ng kalikasan..hindi rin aki natutulig ng tanghali.umaga busy sa gawain bahay at halaman ko madami.       I like you better than other who sells medicines. di mo na malaman which is best to use.
