Something I struggle with is eating healthy but then being so hungry. Healthy food doesn’t seem to fill me then I have to consume more like steaks after consuming the healthy foods . Any suggestions Lisa?

So delicious!! I made it this evening for my family of 3. 1 lb of shrimp was perfect for us. I didn’t grill it but cooked them in a pan without skewers. I reheated my Latin rice and black beans. I heated tortillas and made a fresh guacamole and used the leftover marinade in my guacamole. So it ended up being shrimp taco night. We loved this recipe!! The marinade is soooo delicious!!!
Oh my god, the number of garlic Grilled Shrimp recipes I've tried in the past had always failed me so I was super hesitant to try this out. Let me tell you one thing: *I do not regret making these one bit* these shrimp are a replica of the garlic Grilled Shrimp I ate at Red Lobsters for my brother's graduation dinner (7 years ago). This recipe is a keeper!!!

Lisa, when I saw how short this video was, I knew I had to give it a try. I made the shrimp yesterday on the grill an even though I dropped a skewer on the ground, they were delectable and so easy to make! I always have such great luck with your recipes. This is great timing. No family get together for us this year on the 4th, so husband wants to grill just for the two of us, I always keep frozen shrimp on hand, and I’ve just harvested garlic from the garden! I’m looking forward to this!

Downshiftology I did try the recipe and it was excellent. I used fresh garlic, and herbs from my garden - parsley, Thai basil, and Oregano. Such a flavorful dish for such a quick prep time. This has been added to my menu for our next big family gathering. Thanks again.
