I made this tonight. I’m just learning how to cook at age 65, don’t judge 😬, and this channel has helped me a lot. This was delicious and as soon as I have more experience I’m sure it’ll be easier to prepare. I also found a recipe for corn on the cob with the husk on it and you pop it in the microwave. 👍

@@trees6543 I just never had any interest in learning. Part of it is not trusting my judgement. Even when I follow recipes exactly I’m afraid they won’t turn out. Now that I’m retired, mostly, I’m trying to grow as much as possible. Plus it takes some burden off of my wife.

she uses butter twice but only lists it once in the recipe, do you know how much to use to cook and how much for the sauce?

@@burgercat_2142 I use half a stick for each when I’m only doing shrimp but if I add salmon I’ll use 2 sticks or a stick for each

That looks absolutely amazing. One thing I'd probably personally do differently is to put all the shrimp in a massive ziploc bag then add the seasoning and shake it up, add the cornstarch then shake up. Thank you for a great recipe.
