Fishing The Adirondacks New York - Lake Durant

- Every year I try to film an Adirondacks Episode because this is where I learned to fish. Well, here is this year's episode and it just happens to be on our anniversary. We fish for big bass and Tiger Musky which have been rumored to attack people that swim at the beach. Enjoy the episode!

Caught two smallish Tiger Muskies and lost a six pound largemouth on a live sucker in the lily pads. Airborne and gone.... Another year we went ice fishing there and brought a potato launcher. DEC came and told us to knock it off.

The older gentleman who fell in is a close friend of mine. He was thankful he was wearing the life vest! We were just back in lake Durant last week and I went on an overnight padding trip with him in the big river -> Hitchins Pond.
Great job ! It must have been windy like crazy to tip on a Kayak. Glad the water was warm enough. I know a great Bass lake, but it is way in . My last video was these.

You are about a 15 min drive from my home in North Creek. I fish Durant and YES there are nice musky and lots of bass. But, there are def bigger musky here in Ohio where I live full time. I'm really enjoying the channel. Keep posting!

Beautiful area. I'm on the west coast but curious about fishing other regions.
Gonna have to try Durant sometime. Looks like fun. I live farther north near Tupper Lake.
Some nice bass man 👍 Drinking a cold one, smoking a fatty and good fishing content. Perfect start for the weekend 😋 uhh and I'll make me some deep fried hot & spicy pike filet bites for lunch.
