You guys seem like good friends, making this video super enjoyable. And even after catching lots of fish, you still get so excited to catch a big one! GREAT video!
Oticso Lake. If your not from the area it's 20 min south of Syracuse and 20 min north if Cortland. Late summer nights you can hit some Eyes ring down the road form the marina (where they were at the start of the vid). There is a long area of rocks along the shore. Post up there with a big Rapala or large worm / shiner from 12 am to 5 am and you should get some nice fish. Otisco is also known for big Tiger Muskies towards the northern end where it feeds into Nine Mile Creek.
@@klemmer52 yup, because nameing places on social media adds a rediculous amount of pressure to said areas. If you haven't seen it personally I assume you haven't been fishing very long. You're essentially inviting 10s to 100s of thousands of people to fish youre spot, it doesnt make for great fishing.
@@19empire85 thank you for explaining. I respect where you are coming from. I answered the question in a manner to educate the person asking for more information. I also wanted to share a fishing tip to anyone who was interested in fishing there. It is also a highly regulated an stocked DEC site. I also highly doubt that a simple comment would result in thousands of Walleye being taken out of Otisco by over fishing. Otisco lake is also known for it's Tiger Muskie...and yet they haven't been fished out. It's OK to share information, otherwise ideas can not grow.
