  • Today is World Sleep Day, and this year’s theme is Sleep Equity for Global Health.
    In today’s video, Nancy and I discuss the lack of access to good sleep support for so many people. Most people don’t even realize there is something they can do to improve the quality of their sleep, especially if they don’t have good access to sleep health.
    One fun fact Nancy found is that 40% of people sleep with their teddy bears. Both of us would be part of the 40%. 🧸
    In our video, we also share a few ways you can incorporate Tapping into your daily life to improve your sleep quality.
    These free resources are available to everyone; therefore, by sharing as often as we can, we can reach more people and provide them with free access to some sleep education, tools and resources they can start using.
