No. I don't. I don't even believe wow will add any new races with different models anymore. Cause simply put they are becoming lazy code wise. And personally for the first time in ages. I don't have a wow sub, and ain't playing retail wow. Because of how much they fudged up the last 2 expacs...
If Blizzard really wants to move the story away from the faction war, then they could support that by adding neutral allied races, like the tuskarr, sethrak, tortollans, naga, etc. They have shown they can make compromises and adjustments for unconventional races with the dracthyr customization.
I would generally enjoy so me kind of neutral option for certain races, like the Nightborne by example. I could imagine some Nightborne refusing to join the Horde, and wanting to join the Alliance or stay neutral.
Personally the Horde and Alliance just make WoW feel small. Like all the world is just so insignificant and everyone else doesn't matter in the slightest. They take up more than 3/4ths of the map, which NATO and the Warsaw pact never even took up more than a third of the world map on earth. It would just be nice to have some neutral buffer territory, independent nations and the like who sit between the Horde and Alliance who can then give us quests, and even serve as the driving force of the story for some expansions. And when the time comes either then "oh look Horde vs Alliance, should we stay neutral or should we help one?" Or "muhahaha, we are badguys for this expansion as this is our chance to usurp *insert Horde or Alliance subfaction/race/entire faction here* and claim dominance over this world and we have the aid of adventurers to thank for getting us this far...but we now have some members who don't want to do evil not because "strawman bad vs strawman good" but because we had time to build these characters up in the background and have character reasons for their choices and actual deeper connections besides "good guys good guyed super good off screen so now people who hate them love them"
@codyraugh6599 the only example I can think of from what you're saying is Dalaran/The Kirin Tor. Coincidentally the expansions with dalaran are the best ones (legion and wotlk) lol
Would love it, but let's hope the Fel Orcs get a bit more customisation options like spikes, larger fangs, etc. to show their effect of the fel ... also some hint that they still are part of the clans which formed the Fel Horde(Shadowmoon, Shattered Hand, Laughing Skull, Bonechewer, etc.) would also be nice. Not keen on the Mok'nathal just being brown Orcs though, as this is effectively used by the Mag'har from AU Draenor. Broken Draenei look amazing, too and would bring an interesting vibe. Same for Frost Dwarves, also they could open the way for Earthen and Iron Dwarves.
Dranei Broken, I was hoping for these guys instead of the lightforged Draenei, so much more history, character and potential for conflict, just imagine the Draenor broken wanting Akama back from the Horde aligned demon hunters. Aside from Moknathal and Red orcs, I'm honestly surprised we didn't see skintones for the Dragonmaw and Blackrock orcs being on the table for new customisations, because it seems pretty feasible to incorporate into the game.

The fact that the wildhammer customizations are already available on bronzebeard dwarves means they aren't going to make Wildhammer an Allied Race. That'd be like if they gave Void Elves the High Elf options, and then made High Elves a seperate allied race. It doesn't make sense.
Ankoan/Jinyu are possible. They use Nelf models, rigs and skeletons so if ANYTHING is possible those are the most realistic ones. The problem most folks tend to forget with all the allied races we've gotten they've consistently used skeletons and rigs that already exist for playable ones. Kul Tiran for example, used Panderan models, skeleton, and rigs, just extended their legs by a large portion. Mogu and Arrakkoa are a bit more difficult for animating standpoint - the silver-lining is with Microsoft willing to give Blizzard millions and millions, and blizzard potentially not having to worry about a smaller budget. It's possible to get Mogu and Arrakkoa skeletons in-game that could potentially be used for a playable race.
The only problem with these additions would be that they completely punch a hole in the logic of the lighforged and void elves being added since they are LITERALLY just slight reskins of their respective counterparts, that could’ve just been added as customization options rather than whole races.
im hoping for Gilblins later aswell when they now technically joined Horde aswell. Sadly they made the Man'ari customization so underwhelming with such few choices i hope they revisit them once more later adding more options
The Broken Draenai are also a WoW thing. In Warcraft III, the Draenai we saw were only the Lost Ones. Yeah, it got retconned later, cause Akama and his people are Broken, not Lost. But the models of the Warcraft III Daenai are the models of Lost Ones.
We have enough Dwarves and Elves and Gnomes and Orcs and Trolls and other reskins. How about a long-awaited intro for the Vrykul? I've wanted to play as one since WotLK! Maybe even give them a cosmetic to transform into Kvaldir and even explode into a pile of seaweed when they die. Their origin story could involve how they broke free from the Lich King's influence, kinda like how the Deathknights broke free from Arthas. There are already decent Vrykul in-game, like Odyn's Vrykul and some others appearing in the Legion expansion.
The Jinyu I suspect would be so easily put into the game as a playable race. They're just re-skinned night-elves and you actually play as one during the Pandaria questline, so. Yeah I think they will be added.
I would love to see a third faction crop up. Give it some default neutral races to play, and then let Horde and Alliance players opt into joining the neutral faction, with perks of actual crossfaction guilds, and not just crossfaction communities.

I mean think about the Dracthyr form doesn't show armour on them only 2 pieces of armour can transmog only unless it's in human form then full transmog If Dracthyr can do it I don't see why can't Murlocs, Nagas, Sethrakk, and others races can be playable So I know the races like the Gnolls, Tuskarr, gets a remodel, and Nagas, Murlocs, have many different skin colours cause their tribes and clans not just them other races as well not to mention the Murlocs in Time Rift event in Dragonflight Expansion even if is joke they've been in Warcraft since the from W3 to WoW now In my opinion Murlocs should be added as a playable race no matter how long it takes I mean like for example Borderlands famous annoying robot Claptrap not only they annoying and funny, later on he got added as a playable character as joke and fun so why can't WoW do the same? the problem is that the broken coudn't realy be a reskin. the abilities wouldn't conect, they don't have a conection with the light, therefore they wouldn't have the healing abilities. they would, and should, be a seperate race.
I could see the broken and fel orcs less so. Considering the fel orcs are the remnants of the old horde. Also most the current clans considered them fallen clans. If we’re going the language what is said.
@@anthonyracaniello4082 the story they did for the Eredar traitors was poorly written and could’ve gave more credence if they betrayed way earlier. Especially since they got the tech and knowledge. But I do think it’s more plausible for the broken to join, than the other fel touched groups.
One of the best times I played WoW was in Mists of Pandaria because there was a race and new class for both factions. I honestly wish we could have Ethereals as a neutral race with a new class and a world in the Twisting Nether.
Also I seem to remember them saying they weren't able to add sethrak and nagas back then because of armor restriction but then they drop Dracthyr that have like 3 armor pieces, please blizz.

Broken and frostborn as allied races for the Alliance would be great. Broken should have been made playable at the same time than the Mag’har orc during BFA. Another Orc allied race is a little more generic for the Horde. And one question remain. Since Alliance would receive two allied races, the Horde will have to receive another one. What could it be, Taunka ? Forrest Troll ? Another one
Just let Void Elf can be Paladin, and let both Void Elf and Nightborne can choose DH. Because If LG Draenei can be Warlock, then there is no reason that Void Elf cannot be Paladin; and Since allied race DKs can be explained by a new start zone, then allied race DHs can also be explained by a new start zone. Just let players freely choose what races and classes they want to play. Locking a class to only 1 or 2 races is so stupid.
Tbh I could see Gnolls and Tuskarr being allied races given the conflict. While yes, Gnolls are generally disliked by both Horde and Alliance, something tells me Horde will end up with Gnolls while the Alliance ends up with Tuskarr. After all why would both Gnolls and Tuskarr get such development in stories if they dont intend to add them as a playable race in the future.
Also, there is one small but significant thing stopping Broken Draenai from being playable. And it's the very same thing that's stopping Ogres. There are no female models.
GilGoblins all the way!!! Either as a customization to the current Goblins... or even better... as a new playable race. Would be super fun. They are so interlinked with the Horde from BFA... they would be a great addition. I would love to see Paladin and Druid (and EVEN Demon Hunters) get WAY more race combos as well!!! Personally I love Goblins... so I would be thrilled to finally get a Druid and Paladin Goblin. If I am making a wishlist... then having a Goblin Demon Hunter would be high on the list.
Every one crying over other races but no one speaks about one of the oldest race in azzeroth... The Vrykuls. Humans came from Vrykul race. Vrykuls should had being pkayabke race sense Legion, as neutral faction, they should had much more apereance in dragonflight, although they are the only mortal race to tame the most dangerous dragons on azzeroth as their own. The proto drakes. Broken draenei should be on game as playable after reaching exalted with ashtoungue reputation. Mok'Nathal although being more Oger than Orc could had being a good idea but the model will simply look like an yellow skin Orc. Ogers in other hand is much more traditional because they were used in old horde alliances as ogre mage/warlocks/summoners (unholy magic) shamans as they had *bloodlust* in warcraft 2 and as shadowpriest. Now speaking about the Trolls, they should used the *Zul'jin* model from Heroes of the strom in WoW, because forest trolls were not skinny neither had their back spine broken. In warcraft 2 Trolls were back strait and really muscular bodys. Dont forget all the Elves from Warcraft universe are decendents from the Troll race. Now tell me, is there any elves with their back spibe broken?
Blizzard expansions have become so fucking random that’s why the player base feels like every new xpac is like a sugar rush instead of a long awaited dream coming true that you can’t w8 to immerse yourself into. And that feelings grows into loving xmog…doing dailies or quests with an actually story that ties into the main storyline. Honestly Warcraft has lost the ability to make a complex story. They haven’t had a good story since wrath and of course Pandaria ended up being a great xpac in my opinion. Once they sent garrosh to a different universe the story went on life support and never recovered. Also they should but BFA after wrath with garrosh at the helm. Maybe pandaria then BFA then comes legion and then Cata. Shadowlands…and WOD should have never been released. After Cata we go the dragon isles. And don’t get me wrong they could have dropped void hints all through pandaria and BFA like they did and then have those void mini story lines come to fruition in during Cata.
Just for fun blizzard should make transformation toys have no time limit instead & just cancel whenever you feel like so you can stay in that form indefinitely 😮

Vrykul should be neutral, but aggressively neutral. Vrykul would culturally choose a side, and be passionate about it

The Kul Tirans we can play are half-Drust. who are a splinter group of Vyrkul. It's why they're so big.

Orc is a Orc, Drednai is a Dednai and Dwarf is a Dwarf. Razor-Mourne Boars and Troggs should become next playable race.

GilGoblins all the way!!! Either as a customization to the current Goblins... or even better... as a new playable race. Would be super fun. They are so interlinked with the Horde from BFA... they would be a great addition.
I would love to see Paladin and Druid (and EVEN Demon Hunters) get WAY more race combos as well!!! Personally I love Goblins... so I would be thrilled to finally get a Druid and Paladin Goblin. If I am making a wishlist... then having a Goblin Demon Hunter would be high on the list.
And I'm just sitting here wanting a tortollan.
The broken just use the tauren skeleton, don't they? Easily flip a switch then and make them playable. (Reskin for higher revolution and go go)
Every one crying over other races but no one speaks about one of the oldest race in azzeroth... The Vrykuls. Humans came from Vrykul race.
Vrykuls should had being pkayabke race sense Legion, as neutral faction, they should had much more apereance in dragonflight, although they are the only mortal race to tame the most dangerous dragons on azzeroth as their own. The proto drakes.
Broken draenei should be on game as playable after reaching exalted with ashtoungue reputation.
Mok'Nathal although being more Oger than Orc could had being a good idea but the model will simply look like an yellow skin Orc. Ogers in other hand is much more traditional because they were used in old horde alliances as ogre mage/warlocks/summoners (unholy magic) shamans as they had *bloodlust* in warcraft 2 and as shadowpriest.
Now speaking about the Trolls, they should used the *Zul'jin* model from Heroes of the strom in WoW, because forest trolls were not skinny neither had their back spine broken.
In warcraft 2 Trolls were back strait and really muscular bodys.
Dont forget all the Elves from Warcraft universe are decendents from the Troll race. Now tell me, is there any elves with their back spibe broken?
yes fel orcs and brokens for PLAYABLE for ALLIED RACES! Orcs &Humans are MAIN races of WoW Universe!
The thing is blizzard are bringing just different versions of race we already have I want some new ones like tuskar hozen orges
They need to add Vrykul as playable races and quit playin with our emotions.
Blizzard expansions have become so fucking random that’s why the player base feels like every new xpac is like a sugar rush instead of a long awaited dream coming true that you can’t w8 to immerse yourself into. And that feelings grows into loving xmog…doing dailies or quests with an actually story that ties into the main storyline. Honestly Warcraft has lost the ability to make a complex story. They haven’t had a good story since wrath and of course Pandaria ended up being a great xpac in my opinion. Once they sent garrosh to a different universe the story went on life support and never recovered. Also they should but BFA after wrath with garrosh at the helm. Maybe pandaria then BFA then comes legion and then Cata. Shadowlands…and WOD should have never been released. After Cata we go the dragon isles. And don’t get me wrong they could have dropped void hints all through pandaria and BFA like they did and then have those void mini story lines come to fruition in during Cata.
