15 Min Calorie Killer HIIT Workout

- This calorie-killing HIIT workout can be done at home in just 15 minutes.
The workout consists of one circuit, made up of 8 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Do the circuit 2 times and you're done!
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a great way to burn fat and get in shape quickly. And the best part is that you don’t need any equipment. This workout will have you sweating and burning calories in no time. Save it for later, and try it out! 🙌
This is really good teaching. Paired with U-timer gym timer, 45S training reminder and 10S rest ,it becames very efficient.

@@Asad-wq9qg HIIT training is best done on an assault bike or rower because you can actually generate the power needed in each set to make the workout truly “high intensity” without high injury risk. High intensity is max output for up to 30 seconds with adequate rest of up to 2-3 minutes before repeating. This is not able to be expressed repeatedly by doing lunges and pushups.

Calories deficit and no workout means nothing to a guy who wants to look good. Exercise is essential, and intense training like the one that this guy posted are beneficial if combined with some way of weight training, or bodyweight training. For a fat dude, this training is a good start, and easy too.
