Awesome documentary. Thanks to the entire RuneScape team for making this, was a great journey through the game I've been playing since I was a kid.
realy nice documentary :)
They should talk about the musics too :v
NICEEEEEEE
RuneScape Great
"You never quit RuneScape, you're only afk"
I'm not crying you're crying
Geezus, that got me too. xD
Just like crack
😂😂
She should have dropped the mic on that quote. so much feeling.
that should've been the closing quote tbh
"You never really quit Rune Scape, your only AFK" I felt that
felt it in the soul
you're ;)
This is so true. I just shared this in my FB adding that although I never really became a pro or anything, never got a 99, I know this game since I was 13 or something, and have been playing on and off since then.
Currently afk
Thierry Almeida I just got my first 99 a couple months back after 15 years of playing. So satisfying. Like completing a childhood dream LOL.
Oh man I’m 26 now, i remember finishing school and running home to play RuneScape, good old days..man
26 here too. Literally the same childhood I remember going to school and talking about it with friends around 2005 then everyday after school we would rush home to play online together. I miss those days
@@venturanz1185 I'm a teacher now so I still do that :)
26 here too, I did the same thing... 2006 was literally just run escape every day! And every year I have a nostalgic urge to check up and see how my childhood game is doing. Good memories
Damn we all 26 huh? Same here though, ran home from middle school and met up with all my friends online and we would grind skills together.
@@drone2936 Yep, I'm 26 as well! Started playing in 2004.
This game taught me English, and sparked my interest in how computers work.
Same for me!
How do computers work?
You plug them into a socket for power up, i believe.
Same for me. Owning a software company now!
I remember in highschool waking up at 4am to fish lobsters in rs2. A decade later started playing osrs again. Runescape will always have a place in my heart
My brothers and I would literally fight over who got to play. 3 boys all 1-2 years apart and only one computer lol
FISHING LOBSTERS AT CATHERBY FOR MONTHS ROFL Thank you for the take-back.
I used to have two characters logged in at the same time on different internet browsers, and I had them both fishing at the same time cus it was SO boring, and it also gave me extra sharks and lots of cash hehe
@@dyates1992 Yeah we had 30 minutes turns. It even got to the point we'd wake up early before school and play.
@@SnyderBearFarm lmao, i'm actually on Catherby rn fishing, all the spots belong to me heh !
"Parents would come in and tell me to go outside or something"
"Dismiss Sandwhich Lady"
thats so fucking underrated hahaha
Rainbow: holyyyyy shit dude im laughing so hard :)
I just woke my daughter up laughing ffs. The price of joy nowadays lol, took me ages getting her to sleep =/
This game just brings me to a time that I know I will never go back to. A time where all you had to worry about was a book report due in 5th grade, or anything else that seems so small now, but was so big then that this game would take you away from it all. I remember waking up at the same time my dad would go to work at around 5:30 a.m just to go on his computer to play this game and I would see my friends on at the same time playing until we had to leave for school. It was all we could talk about. Then RS "died" around the same time everyone who I had played with naturally stopped playing due to other reasons whether it be new friends or new interests. I still log in every now and then but it doesn't matter how big my bank is, how many 99s I have, or how well 07scape recaptures that time, it will never be the same. All I can do is be happy for the great times I've had with this game. And if by very small chance any of my friends see this, I miss you guys.
Yup, exactly. When your real friends stop playing, it just highlights how much time you waste on this game.
thank you for wirting this!!!!! my words!!!! miss you too
This relates to me too well.
I miss runescape
Oh no,my crippling depression is acting up again.
Their parents are such a wholesome touch to the story god I love this tale and this game even more now
RS taught me how to type fast af.

Thanks for having me in the documentary! It was truthfully a surprise and an honor to be asked to be a part of it. RuneScape is where I really got started when it comes to any sort of serious video making, and is most certainly my most played MMO. Thanks for the memories! I'll be sure to log in again sometime real soon :)

When ur fish gets stolen and your granddad dies jagex sucks at ur wallet enjoy bro
I love the fact that even though this was a documentary by Jagex about their own game, they kept an objectional view of story-telling throughout the documentary instead of making it one big ad. Not enough respect is given to them for this!
Agreed. I appreciated that as well.
Proud to play RuneScape
Big if true
Oldschool IS RuneScape just like RS3 is...
Dragonic PvM rs3 is not runescape
There it is. The most ignorant thing I'll read today.

I wish I discovered RuneScape earlier. I hope it never dies. If I could ever live in a game, I'll pick Runescape over anything.
I'm glad I got into RS when I did, 2005 I believe. I got to see and play the best part of the game. My brothers and I have actually started playing OSRS. So much nostalgia.
@@dyates1992 I started April of 2005. Those were some of the best years of my life tbh. I had so many friends that I met through the game, and even most of my real life friends played at the time. Even just sitting at the fishing guild at 3am was fun because there'd be so many people there just chatting away and occasionally laughing at the river trolls killing afk'ers and bots.
The Narrator you can’t have sex in runescape unless you control it
The Narrator basically dead barely 100k I remember created my main on mid 2005 it was way lot more players back then but mostly bots lol but yeah it’s dead 💀👍
Runescape pretty much is real life haha
My favorite childhood memories were on Saturday’s, I would sneak on the family computer at the break of dawn just to play Runescape. The feeling was magical, unlike any game. I still play till this day.
So true bro.
omg bro exactly.. im a 25yo right now.. i remember being like 9-11 years old ,and just hop on the PC before my fam woke up.. just amazing times man everything was so simple and safe back then.. awesome thanks runescape

As an introverted kid.. I grew up on this game. Learned about supply and demand, stock market with the general exchange, Leading clans, organising events, and to never trust a stranger. The ultimate virtual playground with no parental supervision.
"You can double your items if you drop them on the ground and press ALT+F4"🤣
Runescape taught us all that if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
I love how involved the parents of the Runescape founders were during their childhood. It really goes to show how parents can really mold and influence their children into something potentially great and potentially something as amazing as this.
One of my best friends I met through Runescape. And he met his wife through Runescape and I got to fly out and meet them for the first time to attend their wedding. Thanks for everything you've done guys!
Champy Woodie beautiful 😍
Would've loved to see Ian Taylor featured, the creator of the soundtracks of RS to tell us something about them. The in-game music is so beautiful and is a huge factor for the love of the game for me.
Why on earth was he not in the documentary. Or would they create a documentary solely about him?
Turns out probably for the best he wasn’t in it, he got arrested for sexually abusing a child this year 😕
I still have my first account from back in '03.
I was 11, didn't have a computer at home, and could only play on the weekends while at my best friend's house. We spent hours just doing whatever we felt like at the time and I'll never forget so many of the experiences we shared.
The two of us are almost 30 now and I was the best man in his wedding a few years back.
RuneScape is where I learned that hard work and long days brings it's own rewards
like neglecting my fucking family
Ive learned scamming gives you easy cash. I never scammed in rs tho, irl only.

For a second I thought you wrote “retards” at the end there and I was just thinking like yeah makes sense.
Proud to be a part of the documentary, even if it was just for a few seconds
This is amazing. What a wonderful world we've all been a part of.
And that fishing story at 30:47... So damn beautiful.
That was one of the best things I've heard
Andrew, you never get the credit you deserve. Without you, I would’ve never had this fond memory of my childhood. Thanks, bud. You are a legend in my heart forever until the day I die.
Runescape is where I learnt English.
It's quite amazing what games have done for so many learning English. It may be a mandatory subject in schools in most countries, but there is still a fundamental lack of care. When you play a game such as Runescape, where you need to understand what to do and communicate with players, you're forced to learn and you inevitably become good at it. All we can do is thank them for what they've given us, yeah? :)
hahaha LEARNT
omg same! I hated english in school, but after awhile I started to really enjoy the subject as I had played alot of Runescape and learnt it.
+1
same
I felt so bad when I saw andrew saying how he had lost control over the game he had created, I know it was his fault for selling it but still felt pretty sad.
I know,he seemed pretty emotional . At the time I just assumed he was cashing out.Feel scummy now because it was his life but the mans a legend, should be in a guild!
@@CarsonsCat you can tell that he genuinely cares about the game.

@@nathanelder3446 Their the real heroes ;)
Thank you Andrew, Paul and Ian for being a big part of my childhood. And also for making me learn the english language better than the school in Sweden did.
I absolutely loved this documentary! It brought us a new level of transparency with Jagex and really humanized the Development team more than ever. Thank you for sharing some of the thought process behind major game decisions and for sharing the some of the struggles the team has faced trying to keep up with the tremendous growth of the game. I think the smartest move you all made was focusing on your relationship with the players. We really are all one big community and we just want wants best for RS at the end of the day. :) Please consider making more documentaries even if they are shorter.
You should make RS content bro big fan

RuneScape was literally where I got my start. It was the first time I really got into computers and opened me up to so much. Also a big thing was that it taught me how to make videos (shoutout to RSMV'S). Thank you for everything RuneScape, proud to say I still play runescape after 11 years!
ZephPlayz start making osrs videos, if you and other youtubers with audiences of 100k-1m made an effort to bring the game back, runescape could return and be bigger than it was in 2006
ZephPlayz Too bad that you make clickbait, roblox and minecraft videos now.

Im glad to have returned to Runescape. This documentary has aided in rekindling my passion for RS. Thank you Jagex.
Honestly this flooded my memory with so much nostalgia and melancholy.
I remember watching my brother and his friends playing RS in about 2004, and as soon as I could got my hands on it, tho being so young at the time I wasn't really any good at it. Tho when I was about 8, I really got into it in 2006 and started playing non-stop. I remember my parents yelling at me in the summer of 06 because I would literally get up at 6:00 in the morning, go downstairs onto our old shitty PC, and play RS until 8:30 in the evening every day of the summer. The thing was back then, I didn't even do a lot. I didn't play it like I do now. Back then I would wander around Gielinor and just feel like an explorer. I would carry around useless novelty cool looking items and armour and admire the scenery, I would dream of hitting high levels and getting amazing amounts of gold and items. I would talk constantly to random people and make tons and tons of friends. I remember every year being so excited for the holiday events, literally shaking with excitement to how I would get to talk to Death again, or maybe get to collect rare holiday items. But, nowadays I just grind on RS. Every time I go back to it, I just go around and grind my skills up, then put it down for some months. What a shame, I miss the old days :(
SurrealLumberJack I've never played rs myself, but I do have that one MMO tied to my childhood too, where I would also spend ridiculous amount of time playing but not really advancing, but still having the best memories out of those moments. I wonder if we "miss the old days" due to just childhood nostalgia; no stress and full of free time, filled with first-timers (meaning impactful memories).
SurrealLumberJack reading your comment actually brought a tear to my eye - couldn't have put it better myself. My childhood is perfectly captured in RuneScape, it'll never be quite the same no matter what my farming level is. I'm 25 now and still playing RuneScape, I started way back in 2003 but quit when they removed free trade. Came back for OSRS and haven't looked back since!
This made me cry man tears.
Thank you for making my childhood something absolutely incredible and ultimately inspiring to work hard and be rewarded for consistency.
I’m a bodybuilder and i was taught throughout the years that hard work and consistency, will get me far. I did this, but you gave me the tools to use.
After having to wait such a long time to see this I can absolutely say the wait was worth it. Such a great documentary and I'm so glad it exists!
Jeez listening to the Gower brothers talk about them leaving is the sadest thing ever. You can hear how disappointed they are with the game and what it has turned into. Great documentary, I'm glad to have gotten some more insight into the history of the game.
Yeah :(
Who are you talking about Mark Gerhard? He was the CEO/CTO and he left back in 2014. Unfortunately when you are running a company so large sometimes you have to bring in a business guy to run the show. He had to be the one to make a lot of tough choices, he came into Jagex during the busiest and toughest times, he had to make the choice of free trade both bringing and removing and the choice of adding in microtransactions. A lot of his choices sucked but to some degree they are what saved the game.
Well to the current owners, it's a for-profit business. They don't want to make some profit, they want to make as much as possible. For the Gowers, it was a personal project they worked on, almost like a child to them.
Levi at what minute do they talk?
What a game. It had a massive impact on my life. Started out as a fun, adventurous game. It was harmless for a few years. Once I started to get good at pking was when it was less of a game and more of a drug. As I got better at pking, I got more addicted. I spent my 6th grade summer playing 8 hours a day. After pking, I got into gambling which was the peak of my experience playing the game. At that point I was playing it hours on end, thinking about it when I wasn't playing, and even dreaming about it. I cannot lie, it was so fucking fun at that point, gliding through the game. I finally remember looking at the urban dictionary one night and seeing the reviews of Runescape. It was filled with individuals warning about how addicting it was. It woke me up and I quit that week, as EOC was coming anyway. Although it impacted my actual life pretty negatively, it was still the best game I've ever played.
Sadly the most toxic and disgusting part of RS though. Pking and gambling, filled with little cunts.
who now infect osrs and keep everyone thinking that runescapes community is still full of obnoxious entitled manchildren when in reality its actually just the manchildren of osrs who refuse to grow up and adapt
Anytime you introduce competitive features it gets toxic though. I think this should be expected. I agree about the gambling tho. Never felt comfortable with that aspect of the game. I went to the duel arena only a few times back in the day and lost every stake, lol.
Love that I actually got to see my character at the Massacre! So insane what you never expect to stand the test of time!!

It's upsetting to see Andrew regret giving up his position at jagex considering his beloved 07 era runescape is now as popular as ever. If things were to stay the same or work out earlier, the brothers could still be there. You should never want to say goodbye to the creators, especially when they obviously hold it dear in their heart (coming into the jagex office with quest ideas etc.).
not to mention the amount of money they said goodbye to, he sold off way too early.
C L yeah he doesnt have a Bold personality... He let them talk him out of it
Nostalgia is huge right now in gaming. Seeing all our favorite franchises being limited to mediocre money grabbing half assed entries is sad. Runescape free 2 play was usually how everyone started out we became members because it was only 5 dollars a mont or 9 dollars for 3 seeing the price go to 9 a month and 29 for 3 months is baffling. Now theirs microtransactions building exp is easier now and why bother grinding and farming for your gear when you can just pay real money to get it, i remember when andrew and the mods would ban people for real world trading, now its hypocritical to ban players for this stuff yet add microtransactions
@@Biggleby Andrew gower net worth is 680 million though, its not about money for him.

Never quitting Runescape and only ever being afk is completely true for me. I've never thought about quitting but I have gone a few months without playing due to general life getting in the way. I've always come back and even now, 26 years old with 2 small kids and a generally hectic life, it's such a huge part of my life and will be until the day Runescape is no more.

Naturally I was intrigued and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Z rarely if at all logged in for the week I had him on my friend list, I just decided to forget about it and removed him from the list.
Years later (after being the only survivor of my friends that still played RS) the son of a gun logs in right in front of me 😅 some where in fally if I remember correctly. I managed to say something like, "hey I finally meet you face to face". Naturally Zezima ignores me and logs out.

+arse monkey jesus man that sure is sad, how is he today?
You guys have to admit RS is one of a kind. There's no other game that makes me feel good about leveling up, and care so much about my items. Party hats, Santa hats, end-game gear, etc are forever the greatest most iconic items of all time. No item in any other game holds that same emotional value behind the items.
this entire documentary... it's basically rewatching old video tapes about you and your childhood friend, i grew up with runescape, i made my first account when i was 7 years old back in 2005, i'm now today 18(turning 19) and i'm still playing the game. Being part of this community have been a blast for me, i have learned so much and given so much knowledge to other players, every day for me have been an adventure and it continues to be, going on my farm runs, chatting with my clan, doing bossing with my friends, meet new friends and help new players, there is always something to do and someone to help or get help from. Tho the game have had it's ups and downs i always stood by it's side and the community in the game always stood by mine as i always found myself cheered up by strangers if i had a hard day in school as i struggled with bullying, i could come home crying and wanted to lock myself away from the world. But i always went on my computer, went to the runescape site and started playing the game, always to find someone waiting there to cheer me up and care for me even tho it was a complete stranger. The community of course have changed over the years and isn't as social and relaxed as it used to be now that everything is more about XP then meeting new people but i still find that my clan is very social and i'm happy with that... one of my most fund memories in the game is meeting a long time friend of mine while chopping willow in draynor while bots was still a very common thing, we started talking about how annoying it was and how much bots had destroyed the game, as we kept talking about it more and more we found that we had many common ideas and interests and we have been friends ever since.... so i wanna thank the gower brothers for starting such an amazing game and thank the community plus the runescape team for keeping the game alive for so long and for teaching me so much ^-^

RzVids Absolute originality is almost non-existent in the games industry. It's clever that JaGex managed to take that pre-existing idea and apply it to RuneScape to benefit their game, regardless of where the idea came from.
I fail to see how they actually deter people from botting.
Simply by hampering the the demand for botted shit.
Well to be fair, there's nothign wrong with accepting good ideas from other people if they enhance the experiance for your followers
Beautiful, almost brought me to tears a couple of times. I've met so many friends on this game. I remember after minor-transactions came out, I left. And when I finally came back to RS, so many of my friends had also left, and I never had a chance to have a good farewell to them. I Definitely regret that. I learned so much of others' cultures... Well done to the Documentary Team, this means a lot.
Same, so many feels (:
the loss of Andrews passion is felt
The genuiness of Andrew is fantastic.
Logged in first time when i was 7 to this unknown world. Im now 26 still playing and still learning about Gielinor. good job lads
My first youtube video I ever made was actually a green dragon guide for Runescape. I had 55 subscribers back in 2007... lol. Man I love this game, wish I had more time to come back to it.
BookOfKen I'd recommend giving Runescape another try, even if it is only for a couple hours every once in awhile :P
BookOfKen Less prank and challenge videos, RETURN TO RUNESCAPE series and you've got yourself a new sub 😂
Glad you liked it, Ken!
BookOfKen Idk who you are sir but if you came to back to RS you would prob get another 200k followers.
you've come a long way from making RS videos to making clickbait pranks with your gf wow
god i love runescape. i've been playing since i was 12, i'm 30 now! thank you for all the memories
Till someone hacks ur account and ur account progress goes bye bye
@@rectangle1013 I got hacked and lost 200m worth of items. I stopped playing for about a year, but I got drawn back into it. When you spend thousands of hours into a game, its not easy to detach from. And im glad I did.
Same!
Literally same here, I've played on and off since about 2003/4 .. 29 now. Absolutely crazy, married with a daughter and I still squeeze rs into my life 😂
Hearing and seeing Andrew Gower gives me chills. The God of Runescape
Sad they weren't willing to give back a high position after he stepped down and regretted it. Runescape is obviously his baby, and he saw a different future for it.
Very sad.
@@tme98 he was a beta Male who let himself get bullied out of his own Creation
@@PARENTALADVISORYPODCAST Which is in what way anything other than sad? He deserved better. Being beta or alpha doesn't matter, ethics does.
@@tme98 An alpha Male wouldnt of let people push him out of something he created. I would if burned it to the ground before I sold my soul.
Besides. He said it was too stressful for him after a certain point. He let others plant seeds of doubt and dismay in his mind. He was a beta through and through and the true alphas capitalized on his beta weak tendencies.
I dont understand what's so hard to understand about that
Alphas are CEOs of companies. Not betas
There are no ethics in capitalism
its really wholesome how much the Gowers parents supported them, they are the real MVPs
Runescape has come a long way. I remember the ups and downs (1 year short on my 15 year cape). Even now I can't pry myself away from the game. I play both OSRS and RS3 (more time on osrs). I will continue to support this wonderful game which has help sculpt me into the person I am today.I've made so many friends. Although I suffer from social anxiety and agoraphobia , runescape offers me social aspects I'm missing in real life. Thank you for the wonderful game and I am excited to see what the future has in store for us!
Barbara Dimopoulos in same boat as you, hang in there =/
Grats on the cape!
"You never really quit Runescape, you only ever go afk." FeelsGoodMan
@Hussein Rizk longer afk than some other people
@Hussein Rizk i've been afk for days, weeks, months and years, longest being more than 5 years. Still playing osrs 1900+ total
Lol that guy ingame "wanna be my gf" real old school xD
Damn right lol buying gf
I sort of think of Runescape and Magic the Gathering in the same realm in terms of how players can never really walk away from the games. Even after all these years I love coming back to Runescape from time to time. Hardcore group ironman is def one of the coolest additions in a longtime.
It's one of those games that defines so many people's childhoods. Like when I look back on the times of when I was a kid, Runescape is a big memory of those times.
I loved runescape up until EOC. I don't know if I will ever find something as good. Thank you so much Gower brothers! Maybe I can get my brother to learn to make games with me!
Justin Hayes
you could try osrs
not my brother, hed tell me its a waste of time
Making games is not a waste of time. Determine if he is speaking of jealousy or trying to help. Programmers salary speaks for itself.
osrs is great
You can always play on legacy mode too if you don't wanna play osrs. It's old school combat mechanics with all the good stuff from rs3.
I've quit RuneScape about 10 times..
Yet I still play to this day.
You don't quit RuneScape, RuneScape quits you.
Elyga Emeldzy lol same I had an account I had since 2007 lvl 109 then when I came back I didn't like eoc so I played osrs and had to start over but got banned for botting the next day :o
baseddisciple this was me besides the ban but i still log on to new runescape and old runescape
You never quit runescape you're only ever AFK!
Started playing when I was ten years old. I'm 21, going on 22 and the addiction is still strong.
2004 original rs2 beginner, still coming back to check out the latest content every year or two. Ironically I still don't have a 99 skill...I saw a friend of mine quit permanently after getting multiple 99's and remember thinking that's it...99 is end game, I never want this to happen...ok so that's no longer a big deal as many caps have been raised above 99, but I still cling to the thought of rushing a 99 skill achieves very little other than the bragging rights.
Man.. This video hit me hard...
Brought back all my best childhood memories from back in 2006 and the people I met... I still remember their usernames to this day, over 11 Years later.
I wish I could get the same feeling playing as I did back then..
Wismic I only remember 2 usernames when I played from 2007-2010. A third one messages me when I came back
Me too mate the feeling of playing runescape when you were a kid is honestly unexplainable. crazy.
We were born in the right time and the right moment to enjoy RuneScape.
When my friends first told me about runescape, i tried searching for ruinscape and couldn't find it lol
lol i thought it was roomscape as well
That's how my mom pronounces it. I first looked for Rune Skate lol
no it was run escape
TheYellowPixel - OSRS dropped you a sub. I started playing back in 2006 after my brothers were playing it
I wish I could like this 10 times hahah
This gave me chills the entire time. "You never quit, you're only AFK" That hit me right in the feels!
While interesting I think there should have been a small segment about the man behind most of Runescape's older music: Ian Taylor.
The music was such a big part of the Classic-2 conversion and really struck a chord with most of the playerbase.
Yeah, felt like this needed a little moment to have a shout-out for the musical side of things. Ian's music made the game 'memorable' & bc of that the game feels so nostalgic now when you're listening to those tunes :D
Shoutouts to "Chompy Hunt," the best song in the game.
Well done. Definitely brought some tears for happy memories. Played 2002-2012.. Quit due to EOC... But ever since finding OSRS.. I always found myself logging back in even with sometimes many months in between for the nostalgia to return. You end up playing for a few weeks til real life gets in the way.. then eventually find my way back again.. You never quit Runescape, You just go AFK. Its apart of all our lives and having grown up playing it through middle school.. highschool.. and even occasionally today the stuff I learned ingame still is used today. Cheers from NY..
Runescape will always have its own special special place in my heart I grew up playing this game from about age 10 on my same account it was how I escaped real life it got me through a lot of rough times and it still does to this day. I hope I can pass my passion down to my daughter one day love you jagex
The falador massacre was a inside job #neverforget
thanks obama
we dont speak of that
LMFAOOOOO
hahah this still cracks me up XD
Now Casual, what did I tell you about conspiracy theories? You can't just go around thinking for yourself, you have to accept the official position like a good boy.
I have never cried like this in a documentary pure nostalgia
weirdo
The fact that the game was costing them more money than it was making at first is a lesson about passion vs a paycheck & quality of outcome
Wow really well made missing those old days with my clan. Might have to jump back into oldschool someday :) Great video
lol this comment doesnt even have 5 likes. Get more subs scrub
kappa
I've been playing RuneScape ever since 2008. It's my most favorite and memorable game of all time. Cheers to the 15 years that passed and for a 15 more.
definitely
Biggest thing I took away from this video was how much of a genius Andrew Gower was. Dude comes across as exceptionally bright imo
I still got goosebumps watching this video every time nostalgia trip back to 08-09.
"That soundtrack mate!" That was my reaction when I first visited OSRS lmao.
Dee Ca. is that ksi?
Jamie020 FNBR yeah
This was amazing, massive well done to everyone involved! It was certainly worth the wait.
My favourite part was the story about the boy and his granddad who would fish in RS together. T_T
Also, thank you giving me the opportunity to be in the documentary, means a lot to me that I could be in it as RS has been a major part of my life from child to adulthood so this makes me both immensely proud to both be in the documentary and part of this community.
Here's to another 15!
I'll give you 13k if you can be my gf.
i offer 14k
100k it is
I thought you said in a video long ago that you don't like Jagex anymore?
Was misinformed info from a 'friend' and former employee. I returned about a yr and a half ago.
20:16 dude said “this shit is lit fam” Time traveler confirmed
You can still play classic tho so maybeeeeeee not
That would've likely been recorded recently.
Ayye the joke killers are here
lol that made me laugh so hard
Someone is buying a gf toob
I genuinely thought I was an exception to the phrase “you never quit RuneScape, you just take long breaks,” after being a pretty avid WoW raider for well over a decade. For whatever reason at the age of 28 I found myself back in the game grinding it out after a 13 year hiatus. I guess it scratches a specific itch that I haven’t felt in a very long time. My girlfriend and I have been having a blast playing, and I’m blown away by how fast and efficient I am now on OSRS as a grown man compared to my 14 year old self. My old character would be proud. Rest In Peace Minuteman420!
