    Hello dear friends, enjoy this stretching routine! You can add it to any of your other workouts, or practice it on it's own. Remember, it takes time to become more flexible but with consistency you will improve and feel great for it.       I have saved all the stretching videos to my library and have been doing them every evening. Having scoliosis and a desk job means I have to stretch all the time and your sessions are quite simply amazing, the best way to end the day ❤️

    Ohh this was so what I needed today! Did a lot of gardening and back was aching - so who takes care of this? Why my sweet Katja!! Thank you so much. It just never ceases to amaze me that I can get your wonderful Pilates exercises and I don't have to pay a cent!     Katja, I keep coming back to this routine to open my hip flexors and hamstrings - even after all this time it’s still wonderful! I use it at least once a week!

    Good morning Katja x over the last five weeks i have been doing and enjoying your classes .Already i feel so much better for it . However my lack of flexibility has proved to be so challenging. I am so grateful that you have done this routine for us. I will follow your advise and add this to one of your other classes that i do daily. I have just finish this routine and it is funny how you say that after stretching one leg one side feels longer than the other ..... it's so true ! .     Great new stretch routine Katja . Think it’s the first time I’ve used a band in your classes. Got cramp in back of legs as I bent round to try and hold them on one exercise, but hopefully that will improve over time😀

    Great stretches, thank you. Quite tough but, as you say, I'll be patient. I love doing your classes and have been doing them every day. The music sounds good but I found it very distracting as part of the class; it made it hard for me to hear what you were saying and to concentrate.

    your crazy lmaoo must of taken you years of practice to get your leg straight like that. I'll get there but patience is key. Flexibility helps with martial arts too
