I went into this routine feeling so tired and all my muscles felt achy. I could tell half-way through that the stretches were exactly what my body needed. I felt limber and had more energy after. I'm so glad I found you Katja! You are the best instructor I have ever had. I don't go to Pilates at my gym anymore and haven't since early 2020 when I discovered your channel. Thank you for this lovely routine. I practiced this in the morning and it was perfect for me as a person with a lot of nervous energy to feel more centered for the day ahead. As I have gotten older I am often quite stiff in the morning and this was wonderful for that, too. ❤❤❤

Oh my dear - you never never disappoint! But today my left side was really bothering me due to sciatica and sitting too long. I was deciding on which video to watch to help alleviate my pain and voila! there you are with this wonderful stretching routine. I just finished this excellent

Katja could you consider a routine for a hip replacement? This session was good but I had to adapt as the first few moves - leg out to the side was impossible to do. Could you think about including more new hip/tight hip movements? But as usual lovely session delivered in your own wonderful way thank you Rx
