  • Join me for this efficient routine working your arms, shoulders and back (and also legs:) using light weights. Always focus on good form and breathing.
    This class can be practiced as a stand-alone routine with focus on upper body or can be paired up with part 2, which has a focus on working our core and lower body. Both together make up a complete full body strength class. (Part 2 coming soon).
    If you don't have hand weights, you can use a couple of cans or water bottles instead.

    A new class for you using light hand weights. Next comes part two so you can practice both sessions individually or together to have a full body practice.     My daughter and I were thinking we should do some work out for our backs yesterday and decided to try out this video of yours! We felt quite energised and refreshed by the time we completed it.This is very unlike other weights exercises that leave us sore and worried about pulls and sprains.Looking forward to more routines with weights from you,dear Pilates-Guru🙏❤️

    Great concept utilizing the light weights for upper arm strength. I've started to add new items to my home gym, and just purchased a 3 lb (1.36 kg) set of dumbbells to incorporate. Looking forward to this series.

    I would really like a class with the use of a stick for flexibility exercises of the shoulders: mine are rather blocked and I feel it easier to mobilize them with the help of a tool (I use a 100 cm broomstick!).

    Amazing Pilates workout! I loved that you incorporated hand weights. My doctor recommended strength training to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. I really enjoy all your classes and please add more videos with hand weights or dumbbells. Thank you so much.🙏
