Tried this one last night and it really works the legs. I find this one hard but that's great as it shows me what I need to work on and something to aim for. Then this morning I did the 15 minute gentle yoga and that worked well for me after doing this deep stretch one last night. Thanks again Kassandra 😀

I notice a process every time you announce “intermediate”, that says, nope, you can’t do it. And learning to go ahead and try it anyway. this session was absolutely life changing. i’ve been wanting to get into yoga for so long now. you made me feel so comfortable and conscious of myself. even though i can’t do the stretches as well as some other people can, it felt amazing to really open up all of those muscles in such a peaceful and progressive for the first time in my life. i can’t wait for more sessions. thank you 🫶

Hi Kassandra. I have really been enjoying your yoga videos for about the last month. I'm still a beginner and very tight in the hamstrings, but I work these intermediate classes with modifications to do the pose correctly and without harming myself. I struggle with downward dog, pigeon, half splits, and a number of others but I enjoy the challenge. Those poses are on my vision board for 2023, as well as sitting in lotus. They make take me longer than a year, but that is not the point. I want to express my continued gratitude for the role you play in my self care routine. Yoga, as guided by you, is becoming a way of loving myself. I'll keep coming back. Thank you and namaste.

Gm Cassandra . It's wonderful to have this experience with you as my instructor. This class was slow but some of the poses were quite challenging but, I tried them all. Wanna say thank you so much for making this. Ive been a weightlifter for 10+ years and never stretched. Now it biting me in the butt with tight hips hamstring and calf and low back pain. I couldn't decide between this class and the class you just released for upper body. My lower was a little sore so I decided on this one. It turns out I had some emotions that needed releasing. I did that and I was even able to get into a split on one side. Verbal cues were all needed for me today. I appreciate you sharing this flow with us. Thank you ❤️

Thank you SO much for this practice Kassandra. I was wiped out with a virus all over christmas and haven't been able to exercise properly for almost 4 weeks; unsurprisingly this has had an impact on my mental health. This practice has helped me re-connect with my body in a kind and gentle way, and stretch out, working through tension physically and mentally. Loved this so much! I actually just started yoga yesterday, but I feel this level is just right for me and my body. I tried a beginner routine and barely felt a stretch, turns out the flexibility I've gained from dancing jumpstarted my progress. Such a relaxing routine, thank you ❤️
I LOVED this practice. I've been dealing with joint pain and stiffness for the last year as I go through menopause. My body was super tense especially today I woke up with having a lot of tension and sciatic tension in my legs, hips and lower back but I took it easy, I didn’t force myself and I was aware of my breathing, so I made it through the end and I feel much lighter. This practice really helped me open up and relax my muscles and mind. Who would have thought that I would get anywhere close to split and with the modification you suggested, I gave it a try and it felt good to stretch in that way even if it wasn't the traditional split shape. I really appreciate you doing some slow flow/ stretches!!! I had a back injury a while back and have started using yoga as a way to maintain my strength and increase my flexibility while I’m rehabbing. The faster flow classes cause back pain and frustration for me so I’m very much appreciate you having classes that I can do and feel so good afterwards! I’ve found a new practice with your yoga classes that I am sure I’m going to keep even after my back is fully healed. Also, love the cats❤

This was a wonderful practice. I began several months ago with your 10 min morning yoga practices and build up to 20 mins. I also enjoyed your strength yoga practices. After my workout yesterday I was particularly stiff this morning and so this was perfect. I am learning to listen to what my body needs and act accordingly. You are a joy each and every morning, Kassandra. You know just what to say during the practice (relax your jaw 🤪). 🥰
My cats do that too! I shut them out of the room today so I could concentrate on this practice! I found the practice hard because I'm too inflexible to get into a lot of the poses but it's good to aspire towards them and do the best I can for now in the hope that will relieve some of the discomfort in my hips and glutes. What a great slow flow for all the spots on a COLD morning. I usually do your shorter practices so 30 minutes w you & your feisty cats was a treat!!

Loved the flow and hip openers. Really liked turning my body to the side to get my hips down on the floor, since I can't do a split.
I appreciate you creating this video. I don't want to do the usual yoga flow that other videos have; I just want to stretch deeply. I adore your pets, and I found them to be amusing to watch as well.

My body was super tense especially today I woke up with having a lot of tension and sciatic tension in my legs, hips and lower back but I took it easy, I didn’t force myself and I was aware of my breathing, so I made it through the end and I feel much lighter. I’m proud of myself. Thank you so much for doing this ❤

This practice really helped me open up and relax my muscles and mind. Who would have thought that I would get anywhere close to split and with the modification you suggested, I gave it a try and it felt good to stretch in that way even if it wasn't the traditional split shape. Thank you, Kassandra. This practice eased my tight muscles and aches. The day just got a bunch better! Namaste.
I really appreciate you doing some slow flow/ stretches!!! I had a back injury a while back and have started using yoga as a way to maintain my strength and increase my flexibility while I’m rehabbing. The faster flow classes cause back pain and frustration for me so I’m very much appreciate you having classes that I can do and feel so good afterwards! I’ve found a new practice with your yoga classes that I am sure I’m going to keep even after my back is fully healed. Also, love the cats❤

this is one of my favorite practices to come back to because of your foster cats. i burst out in laughter while on the mat when they jump onto you. it's also great for my hips! it really helps with my hip pain.😻

This was a wonderful practice. I began several months ago with your 10 min morning yoga practices and build up to 20 mins. I also enjoyed your strength yoga practices. After my workout yesterday I was particularly stiff this morning and so this was perfect. I am learning to listen to what my body needs and act accordingly. You are a joy each and every morning, Kassandra. You know just what to say during the practice (relax your jaw 🤪). 🥰

My cats do that too! I shut them out of the room today so I could concentrate on this practice! I found the practice hard because I'm too inflexible to get into a lot of the poses but it's good to aspire towards them and do the best I can for now in the hope that will relieve some of the discomfort in my hips and glutes.
