    Dear katja thank you for your encouraging response and thank you very much for your new lesson. You are always good, clear, professional and correct in all details. Thanks to your jobs, I try to work supine, on the side and sitting on the mat for what l can do, so l 'll get back into yoga teaching more quickly, like the last time.       That is very hot, Anna! We had our first snow here in London yesterday... It was a very welcome distraction from the current situation / lockdown. Today most of the snow is gone, what is left has turned into ice. X

    Having done most of your classes, this is probably my favourite. As usual, narration so good that I managed with just occasional glimpses at the screen. Thank you Katja.....and of course Mel for the expert filming😁

      Right at the end of the class, you used the phrase ‘you’re fully cooked’. I had not heard this before so looked it up! Amongst other explanations, in The Urban Dictionary, the meaning was as follows-
      TOP DEFINITION
      fully cooked
      Smoking marijuana to the point where you cant smoke anymore.
      🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Nice one Katja

    I'm easing myself back into Pilates after a few years away. This is a great routine. I can really feel it working. At 20 minutes long, it doesn't feel too daunting either. It's also a good wind down after a run. Thanks Katya. 😊

    Hi Katja, I love your videos! I try to do them most mornings, I do want to say though that your videos have a very low audio.. I have a pretty good speaker on my computer yet I always need to connect to an external speaker to hear

      Apologies for my slow reply. My preference would be to practice shorter but more often... It will all add up and accumulate so you will feel the benefits of your commitment to practice as regular as possible... 🙏😊🙏
