I bought a Cosori after watching one of your videos. I was given a" Dash" air fryer by a friend who no longer needed it. I picked up rather quickly on the different foods I was able to cook but it was a basic machine. Had the temperature and timer, that was it. It didn't have all the bells and whistles the Cosori has. My Cosori is amazing! I still use the" Dash", and it's very handy having both air fryers. One holds the main courses, the other holds the sides with little to no waiting to have a meal come together all at once. Meals are so easy that I almost feel guilty for not putting in more effort! NOT! Not standing at the stove for hours, what would our grandmothers say about that?! I love watching your videos, the simplicity in your demonstrations, and your children's ratings. So yes, here I am...hooked and spreading the word. PS. We are now frequent consumers of chicken wings like never before!

Hi Toni and Dave! I agree that multiple air fryers is the bomb digity! My daughter started with a small Dash air fryer... the little bell sounds like an easy bake oven! Ha! So glad to hear you are LOVING the quick and easy meal times! :) Def a great perk of the air fryer life!

Cathy, I bought my Cosori AF because of you and can't believe how I lived without it. It makes mealtime a pleasure because of the variety of meals that can be air fried, the clean up is easy and food is ready much sooner than with other methods - -not to mention that it's healthy and oh so tasty!! Thank you for your comprehensive videos, filled with such high value in content. I learn new things all the time (foil in the bottom!) and recommended your channel to so many of my friends with air fryers, or friends who are contemplating getting an air fryer. Thank you so much for your hard work, your lovely personality and making it easy to use my AF every day! Keep up the good work!

The very first thing I made in the Cosori that you recommended was two, two inch thick rib eyes and they turned out spectacularly!!! Between the tempering time, cooking time, and resting time, our dinner was very late but it was worth it. I’ve been pouring over your videos and saved some to reference. I’m 49 so I’m pretty used to doing things a certain way so I was afraid I’d just leave it collecting dust. Especially since we eat keto. But I’ve been cooking like crazy since it got delivered and my husband loves it.

💕🤣😹I was so enamored with this kitchen appliance that I invested in three of them four years ago. Admittedly, I have only utilized one of these air fryers thus far, while the remaining two remain idly parked in my garage. Nonetheless, this solitary air fryer sees constant action in my kitchen, particularly when it comes to preparing fatty meats, chicken, or turkey skins. I DON'T throw those out. The process is simple: I generously sprinkle some salt and spices, then place it inside the air fryer, allowing it to cook until achieving a state of irresistible crispiness. What truly sets these creations apart is my favorite vinegar dip, which enhances the flavor to perfection. In spanish they call this "CHICHARON," thought it is usually made of pork skin.

Queen 👑 of all things air fryers. As a former professional chef I was a bit skeptical because I also have a breville oven pro but she convinced me to go ahead and get the cosori 5.8 quart and I love it it's great doing recipes with my daughter and loving how easy and convenient and the way the food turns out. Also eating a bit healthier so it helps on that front as well. And clean up is a breeze.

Thanks Cathy -always great content. Once a month I deep clean my air fryer with a hand held steamer. I use your sling idea but wish a company would make a silicone sling - they would sell like hotcakes. Found the foil sheets at Dollar Tree but never thought about using them UNDER the basket! Many companies now sell pre-cooked and sauced baby back ribs that turn out just great in the air fryer - YUM and so easy.

I've just moved to rural Norway & their isn't a proper English chippy down the road. Solution: I purchased an airfryer alone with chip seasoning from the local supermarket & followed one of these UA-cam videos (I like the one that details how to draw out the starch from the potato with baking soda) for a proper thick cut semi-dry oily crispy result. Great little investment indeed. Can't wait to try out the haddock which theirs ample freshly caught in my locality.

I have a special request to ask of you. It's completely up to you of course.
I've been trying to find ceramic, porcelain, tempered glass cooking bakeware to use in my AF and AF oven, but other than a few dinky pieces that really don't fit right or aren't the right size I can use, I haven't found anything.
Would you mind sending comments to your favorite AF manufacturers about coming out with a line of bakeware, specifically made for AF's and AF ovens?? I will be doing this myself. But companies usually only take comments seriously if there are TONS of people sending in the same comments.
I would love to have some good pieces of bakeware that fit into my machines, that have the appropriate handles on them, and also come with lids that can be placed on top while inside the machines.
Thanks for all your tips and tricks!

Oh Cathy, you are so full of it - Tips that is :-) Love the magnet trick to keep the parchment paper down, and the tips on using aluminium foil below the basket, making it easier to clean the air fryer. At times it does seem a pain to spent a few minutes cleaning the fryer up, but it is worth it not having to smell the previous meals smokng away. :-) Anyway, thank again for all your tips! I have been trying out your TraderJoe frozen meals tips. It's too bad so many companies have not got on the air fryer bandwagaon, and started put air fryers times on the food. But you are right about the times and temps - experiment and keep an eye on the cooking process - it's amazing at times how fast food cooks up. Oh, put me down as another Cosori fan - love mine ♥ .

I bought my first air fryer yesterday. Yes, I'm late to the party but I have hit the ground running after watching some of your informative videos. I made a chocolate cake in it last night in half the time it would take in the oven and bonus, I didn't burn it haha! It was moist and delicious but now I am on the hunt for a 7 inch square cake pan which will fit in my 5.3L basket coz square cakes are so much easier to cut than round ones. This morning I cooked a batch of bacon in 8 mins. It was cooked to perfection and no messy splatters to clean up. Winning!

Hi Cathy, We didn't know that you read every comment. So first of all thank you.. You are our 'Go to' for all our Air Fryer ideas. We purchased our Cosori in September this year, after watching your videos. We live in the UK and a few weeks before had purchased a small Air fryer with a circular basket from our local discount store. It was great to use but didn't have digital controls and had a limited capacity. We purchased the Cosori following your recommendations. It is certainly one of our best purchases to date. It is very easy to clean and extremely versatile. In fact we rarely use our electric oven now. Your UA-cam tutorials are extremely informative and entertaining. On your recommendations we have purchased a digital instant read thermometer, accessories kit, tongs and the latest oil sprayer that you now use. (all from Amazon). I am always amazed at the wonderful foods you have available in the US. Here in the UK we don't live in the city so our choice is a little more limited. My wife and I searching the shops for new things that we can Air fry. You tips are so good and your cooking guides make cooking for us fun. Thank you again and keep up the good work.

I use the air fryer for skewerless kabobs. I put large chunks of protein (chicken or beef), bell peppers, onions, and big mushrooms sliced in half into a bowl, add marinade of your choice and stir. I place the bowl into the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Then I bake in the air fryer at 400 for 6 minutes for beef (internal temperature 145F) and let it rest for about four or five minutes before serving. Chicken tends to cook faster but I prefer to cook to a warmer internal temperature (165-180F) before resting.

I received an air fryer for Christmas. I love it! So easy to use. So quick to use. I generally can cook food in the time it had taken me to heat my oven. It does so much more then cook frozen food. Mine has a grill and it cooks a steak, chicken and chops like a charm. I checked my electric bill after a month and it went up 2 bucks. With the price of propane I found that a deal.

Hi Kathy, LOVE your shows. Glad you added a tip of using Dawn Powerwash, the BEST! One concern is regarding the magic eraser. Be very careful as a lot of them contain formaldehyde (you do NOT want to breathe in those toxins- trust me. Been there done that). Thanks again. ENJOY!
