Thank you for this Lisa. One comment: I want to remind folks that if your air fryer has a nonstick coating, be sure to use silicone or nylon utensils, to help prevent scratching of your coating.

The day I bought my air fryer, was the day I turned off my stove for the last time. My kitchen has never been cleaner and nether has the house. It's the best thing I ever did. Buying that thing. I now use a microwave for frozen veg, and my coffee machine. That's the Alpha and the Omega.

Chicken breast is ALWAYS better if you hammer it flat. Meaning make the thickest part the same thickness as your thinnest part. This actually makes them more tender as well, vs butterflying.

I went to our Caravan and the first time didn’t take the ninja with me , but I was so lost without it, and now take it on holiday with me. I’ve also bought a smaller one, to give me more space 😂 you could say I’m absolutely hooked on Airfryers

For me it depends on what I’m cooking. I like to do bacon with no paper, so the grease drips down into the bottom. Then I can pour the grease from the bottom basket and save it. Bacon grease is good for greasing a baking dish, and instead of butter in a frying pan (use sparingly). Yes you do need to wash the basket pieces, but it’s really not that bad.

You aren't eating the food, so you shouldn't criticize the cleanliness of her cooking appliances.

@@22seanmurphy I'm 74 yrs old and grown up. Yes they want comments that are helpful. If you would have said her air fryer would work better if it was cleaned after every use--that would have been a better comment. Yours was insulting!

Love all the ideas, but "amazing" needs to be retired. Fantastic, incredible, phenomenal, delicious...all good replacements for the overused amazing.
