    2024 , I lost 3 kgs in 15 days … morning I do exercise before Bath and den in evening 2 hours after my lunch … that’s it !! Have completely stopped the night meal .. just 2 meal in a day !
    One at 10 in morning and another one 3 o clock … apart from this just stop having carbonated drinks like Pepsi , coke, sprite etc ! No chocolates rest all same ! Eating rice , potato everything else ! No cut down on my meal portion and nothing else !! It’s working .. feels like magic !! Thank you Roberta !! You’re a star !!

    Thank you for these exercises. I've had multiple surgeries so I have limitations. These moves allow me to get a good workout within my abilities.

    I do your exercises three days a week. Love the feeling of sweating but not too exhausted!

    Its been almost a year since I did these (or any other) workout.
    Went to weight loss Dr and I gained the 10lbs I had lost. 😤 so, I’m back at this and these workouts are perfect because im sweating bullets without the intensity of bootcamps/CrossFit.

    Love, love, love these workouts. I have a bad back, so low impact but effective workouts are super helpful. Bring on more of the standing, no jumping and no repeat workouts. Great job! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    I'm a thin person but I love doing this workout. It's low impact enough to not make me sweat (I don't have time to wash my hair daily) yet moves my entire body, helps me unwind after my 10-hour office job. I've been doing this for a month and it really helps my energy levels.

    I must say that this channel has such effective exercises, of course it depends on which workout video it is but I’ve done this specific workout from this channel, it gives you a flat stomach and also a slim waist. I’ve tried a few different workouts and the workouts are actually not that hard and they are energetic. I always end up sweating but that means I’ve burned calories. It just feels so good to do them, I’m always so excited to do these workouts from this channel! Thanks a lot Roberta! :D

    I do this exercise every day. Instead of leg raises, side leg raises, diagonal abs, i take push ups(total 50
    numbers )

    I tried another 30-min set from Roberta's gym yesterday and it felt hard but great! I think this one will be more manageable for me as a beginner. I have a question though - should these exercises be done daily or in between one day to be most efficient??

      Hi shilpabatra4530! Thank you for sharing your experience. Result may take longer for some people, as it depends on factors such as age, physical conditioning, initial weight etc. A healthy diet is essential for both weight loss and decrease of the percentage body fat so make sure that you also watch out on your diet- avoid sugar and grains and have seasonal fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated and workout regularly atleast 3-4 days a week.

You're really going to have to do it to find out for yourself, because weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Some see results in 7 days, some take more time than that. Just remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪

    Hi Roberta, Is it still effective even if I do it in the afternoon, like 2 p.m in the afternoon? I really want to reduce my weight.

      Hey, @aswathysasidharan8199! You won't see these results in a quick amount of time especially if you’re just starting to do workouts. Weight loss depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. As you know, excess body fats cannot be burned in a very short amount of time - it's not healthy and it's not natural either. You need to workout continuously and to watch your diet to achieve the results you want to see. Ideally, if you do it right, you will see results within 3-4 weeks of continuous routine. Good luck!💪
