I’m an eleven year old girl who’s trying to lose a bit of weight. I’ve felt a little unhappy with my weight and wanted to change it. I just started today and I’m doing it for 7 days to start off. I’ll update in 7 days! :) thanks for this workout. It definitely gave a bit of sweat, and I felt a bit better afterwards.
Hey girl! From past experience I can say please don't overwork yourself! Just do slow and steady workouts and you will see results. If you start with weights too early or eating disorders you can mess up your hormonal and endocrine systems and from my experience it has been a lifetime of doctor's visits :\ it's not worth it. Workouts like these are great to start to see a difference! Just slow and steady :)
It took me about a month to loose the first 10 pounds (2.5 lbs. a week) on a Keto diet. Then I cut my calories down to 1300 a day and I lost 3 pounds in one week! However, I was on a plateau for a couple of weeks in between. So, you can say it took me about 6 - 8 weeks total to loose 13 lbs! And I just lost another pound yesterday, so I am down 14 lbs so far! I should also mention, I do weight training 3 days a week (HASfit workouts) and cardio for five days a week, which includes Roberta's Gym workouts. I feel more energetic as well!
@@dibanazira6259 I did for a while and lost 10 lbs doing strictly Keto. However, when I hit a plateau for weeks without loosing weight, I switched over to Paleo diet, which allows more carbs into my diet, along with counting my calories on a great app: Mynetdiary. It is so helpful! Anyhow, I am reading a book called: Burn the fat, feed the muscle by Tom Venuto that was recommended to me. Upon the book's advice, I needed to add more carbs (necessary for building energy) and adding more Protein. So, I switched over to a Paleo diet, that allows for more carbs. Doing that helped me break my plateau. Now I am down another 4 lbs, for a total of 14 lbs down! I am looking to loose another 25 lbs, since I gained a lot of weight during COVID and last year. 😒 I hope this helps! 🙂

I just completed my 116 th day of belly total body workout ! I have decided to do belly workout for thirty minutes one day and next day total body workout for thirty minutes then alternate stretching for 15 minutes middle split and back bending each day ! Finally did the work out today thirty minutes workout is aust till you sweat for last twenty minutes of thirty minutes workout you have not done enough work to tone your body and make your skin glow of course vitamin C roch food plus whole diet protein rich diet is necessary ! Finally after studying day and night at least for eight to fourteen hours continuously for last three weeks I can relax for next two days and study only for eight hours a day ! Hush ! Feeling Good finally !

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back every day so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. First 2 -3 days it's was very difficult for me to continue till the end but after some days I can feel that my body is getting lighter then earlier and the stretching capacity increased ❤❤❤

The exercises are extremely effective, but you can help yourself by cutting one meal, and eat 2 times a day, instead of 3. The supper should be not later than 6 pm. You could take a look on dr. Sten Ekberg videos about that, and you will lose weght very rapidly.

Day 1: I worked out after so long and was ready to give up but I remembered I had to do it for myself and felt lively after completing it. Will definitely continue doing this amazing workout. Day 2: 12 minutes through I got really bad cramps:( on my thighs. Will continue tomorrow.

I just completed my 116 th day of belly total body workout ! I have decided to do belly workout for thirty minutes one day and next day total body workout for thirty minutes then alternate stretching for 15 minutes middle split and back bending each day !
Finally did the work out today thirty minutes workout is aust till you sweat for last twenty minutes of thirty minutes workout you have not done enough work to tone your body and make your skin glow of course vitamin C roch food plus whole diet protein rich diet is necessary ! Finally after studying day and night at least for eight to fourteen hours continuously for last three weeks I can relax for next two days and study only for eight hours a day ! Hush !

The exercises are extremely effective, but you can help yourself by cutting one meal, and eat 2 times a day, instead of 3. The supper should be not later than 6 pm. You could take a look on dr. Sten Ekberg videos about that, and you will lose weght very rapidly.
