Weight: 65.2 ( did 20 pushups along with this ) Day 5: done ✅. Weight: 64.9 ( body pains and really tierd to do it..just wanted some rest) Day 6. Done ✅. Weight: 64.5 Day 7: couldn't keep a track on my weight but I completed my workout Day 8: done weight : 65 Day 9: done 👏 I do 1000 skips along with this per day.. Breakfast: juice and almonds Mid lunch: apple + Luke warm water Lunch : salad / 2 chapathi with bowl of curry Dinner: pineapple juice with cucumber I don't prefer snacks Avoided rice and fried items No junk food And having 4 litres of water per day
Having started this workout two weeks ago, I can only say that I am very glad to have found this channel. I found it difficult to get moving after months of inactivity but this workout had the right balance of difficulty and fun to get me willing to move. I tried a variety of other videos from the channel too and managed to lose a total of 3kgs in two weeks. I intend to continue working out and losing weight and also reduced my calorie intake. So for anyone wondering if this works- yes it does but results will vary, just stay consistent. And thank you Roberta for these videos!

first i thank you to Roberta, you did a great job, I am 41 years old, and weigh 71 kg, I started excercise of 6kg weight loss in 14days 5 days ago, and I don't follow any diet, but it helped me a lot in reducing my fat. I'm trying so hard to lose 5 kgs of my weight. I'm going to start this today and my weight is 63 with 157 cm height. I will be consistent for sure.. wish me luck and like this to make me remember to post my update Day 1: ,✅Done(Starting felt easy but @19:00 felt hard to jump anyhow finished the full workout. After workout legs are sore mainly thighs) Day 2: ✅My legs were so hurting, I couldn't walk properly. I thought of quitting today but I finished the workout though I couldn't do forward jumping and deep squat. I'm proud of myself I did the second day with soreness. After completing the workout I swear I'm unable to walk and sit. But I will finish this workout to see the results. (Out of curious I checked my weight and it's 63.5 feeling disappointed instead of losing weight I'm gaining. No problem I will not check my weight during this 14 day period let's c ) Day 3: ✅Done with day 3. I skip the forward jump exercise, I wonder why I feel like falling down while jumping lol.. I feel still sore but not that intense, finished workout in 30 mins as I take less rest time. See you tomorrow. Like it if u want to know the results. When you want to lose weight diet plays a major role so I skip rice at night. I eat once in d afternoon that too with portion control. Night I'm having oats for dinner. No sugar at all And No salt after 7pm(my last meal of the day time) Day 4: ✅Done. Feeling energetic after workout. I can feel that I'm building some strength in my body. Hope for weight loss too.. no sugar and no rice for dinner. There are 90 jumping jacks and 80 squats, starting it may be tough but by the day 4 it becomes easier.. keep pushing yourself.. we can do it. Cyu Day 5: ✅ Done I doubt 6kgs in 14 days may not be possible. Let's hope for the best results. Day 6: ✅Done for today. In overall exercise I hate doing first sets of squats Der r 100. Still I feel sore in my thighs while doing squats. Feeling more energetic and gained strength 💪. And coming to loosing weight I feel slim Dan before and I didn't weigh myselft as I told I wil do it after 14 days. Diet...... I'm having healthy meals no rice in dinner. Cyu Day 7: ✅ Done still feeling little soreness after squats.. I hate squats Day 8: ✅ Done but felt boring to repeat the same.. Day 9: ✅ Done.. Can see a little difference about my body looks.. Thighs are feeling harder.. Day 10: ✅Done Day 11: ✅Done Day 12: ✅Done Day 13:✅Done Day 14: ✅Done Final result lost 3kgs in 14 days.. I know that we did not become fat overnight, so it's a little bit impossible to slim down overnight. I really don't care how much kgs I am going to lost. One of the most important things are that these exercises are perfect to me. There were a lot of sweat, I've been tired before I even started, but I pushed it till the end. When I cooled down I felt like I don't know how to walk. So I will test this in next 14 days, every single day, which means that I will update.❤ *next day* : I don't have scale, but mesurements will work too. This morning my mesurements were: Waist: 85cm Leg(R): 69cm Leg(L): 70cm Arm(R): 33,5cm Arm(L): 34cm Day 2: done.✅ I didn't eated so much healthy (for breakfast rolled oats+cornflax+yogurt and a little bit of chicken breast, lunch pasta😅 and for snacks I had donuts+eurocream, yeah). Burned my harmstrings&claves, but I kept on mind 'no pain no gain'.

I started this today, 28 May 2021. I will do this workout every morning and in the evenings paired the 14 days legs+hips+belly challenge workout and lose 4 kg in 10 days challenge workout. I have discarded junk food eating habit and no evening snacks either. I will eat all homemade food and cut down on sugar. Hope it goes all well. Edit- it does work. I didn't measure my weight but given the amount of sweat during the exercise. It is a mind blowing work out 💖

day 8 done and dude i gotta say i really enjoy doing this work out. when i did it for the first time my legs were about to fall off but now i can see progress (i still sweat a lot haha but it doesn’t hurt anymore and i don’t have problems doing it). it feels nice because you can see your body getting stronger. when i first began to workout (which was about 2 months ago) i found out about this channel so i tried some easier exercise. it wasn’t really painful or long so i did it every day and my strength started to gradually built up. i gained a lot of weight during the past two years, i got diagnosed with depression and anxiety and it was a tought time in general. but now i feel better and i actually enjoy exercise. before i could barely do a slow burpee and was out of breath after 10 squats, and look at me now :’) hopefully this comment will motivate someone who has similar problems like i did. sending love to whoever is reading this , please keep fighting ❤️
Last year I weighed 88kg and i had wake up call, I was diagnosed with pre diabetes, so to reverse the effect I decided to lose weight through 30 day challenge app on the google play stores. I lose 10kg ,I had a lot of study load, so I had to back off because I had to prepare for exams which were going to be cancelled in the end😒. So Now I have free time, I was worried for entrance exams and universities for four months in Quarantine, now i have decided I will work hard and follow my destiny by resuming my weight loss challenge. My Smartphone died, so i couldn't do the 30 day challenge. Then i realised that ab exercise are toning my muscles not helping me lose weight, so i went on UA-cam and i have started HIIT and now I found this video, During this quarantine i have gained 2kgs so i am 80kg now. Starting weight= 80kg Goal weight = 55kg -50kg Result after one week= Result after two weeks= Day 1= I have written the comment three days ago, i had to start the exercise but my periods started so i paused for three days. Now Today 1st day and i did 20 minutes without stop other than the breaks provided. I will try to do 30 min Tomorrow and gradually doing 40 mins. Inshaa Allah. Day 2= I fell asleep in the morning so, I am doing this exercise in the evening. my muscles are sore since yesterdays exercise.

Hi everyone! I started this last week . Loved the exercise although was hard! I'm 52 years old and 56 kg 160 cm tall. I'm very normal in size and body shape but I used to be 52 kg back to 4 years ago! Unfortunately after one week I gain weight by 600 gr so I decided to not continue this one and switched to ABS LEGS GLUTES excercises only! Is there anyone who has same experience? Shouldn't I lose weight by this excercises not gaining weight! And no I'm not eating much but I'm not on diet either! But overall I love all of Roberta s excercises! There are n number of diet plans available on UA-cam..but it takes will power to stick to any diet plans. Can you believe...it took me 3 years to have that will power. I start with any diets, there would be some or the other occasion and I would tell myself that I will eat this last time 😂 and start from tomorrow. To lose first 7 kgs I followed versatile Vicky egg diet plan..then I switched to intermittent fasting (16 hours) with healthy meal options by skinny recipes!

More than losing weight, I wanted to build strength. And to get motivated, I bought size large dress as I was size Xxl. Now size large is perfect for me. I want to but size small now :) hopefully I'll fit atleast medium!

So if you know you're really more on the plus side, you may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. I do this workout with a 5 kg disc weight . It increases the intensity, burns more calories plus incorporates weight training within a single workout session without having to do HIIT and weightlifting separately. Saves time, burns more calories in less time.

Hi Roberta I have subscribed to your channel a 2 weeks ago. I love doing your routine exercise. Twice a day , before going to work I do morning time routine and 1 mile walk, and the evening I do your’s before bed time exercise. Sometimes I do cardio workout for 10 minutes during the day. I sleep better 7 hours, I am controlling my diet by cutting my carbs ensuring between 50-100 carbs, 2L room temperature water, no fizzy or carbonated drinks, sugar intake not more than 30%, poultry and seafood for protein intake, good fat nibbling e.g. nuts and avocado, slices lemon infused in warm water morning and evening, green tea after lunch. My calories intake 900-1100cal. Guess what? I have lost 7kg now. My bloated tummy is getting flat. My goal to lose another 3kg and will maintain exercise afterwards for my health sake. I will update you with my progress. Don’t procrastinate guys, do exercise and it worth the effort. Thank you again Roberta ❤️

I guess simply dont eat oily or junk food, just normal roti sabzi, fruits and lots of water would definitely help! As im doing the same at the moment...

I don't believe in strict diets, Sathis. Instead, you should have a balanced nutrition that will help your body stay healthy and strong! But do stay away from grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck! 💪❤️

You do diet or not if not this is the reason why you don’t lose weight the sport is just 20% but the diet and what you eating it’s more meter than everything.

Having started this workout two weeks ago, I can only say that I am very glad to have found this channel. I found it difficult to get moving after months of inactivity but this workout had the right balance of difficulty and fun to get me willing to move. I tried a variety of other videos from the channel too and managed to lose a total of 3kgs in two weeks. I intend to continue working out and losing weight and also reduced my calorie intake. So for anyone wondering if this works- yes it does but results will vary, just stay consistent. And thank you Roberta for these videos!

first i thank you to Roberta, you did a great job, I am 41 years old, and weigh 71 kg, I started excercise of 6kg weight loss in 14days 5 days ago, and I don't follow any diet, but it helped me a lot in reducing my fat. Day 1: ,✅Done(Starting felt easy but @19:00 felt hard to jump anyhow finished the full workout. After workout legs are sore mainly thighs)
Day 2: ✅My legs were so hurting, I couldn't walk properly. I thought of quitting today but I finished the workout though I couldn't do forward jumping and deep squat. I'm proud of myself I did the second day with soreness.
After completing the workout I swear I'm unable to walk and sit. But I will finish this workout to see the results. (Out of curious I checked my weight and it's 63.5 feeling disappointed instead of losing weight I'm gaining. No problem I will not check my weight during this 14 day period let's c )
Day 3: ✅Done with day 3. I skip the forward jump exercise, I wonder why I feel like falling down while jumping lol.. I feel still sore but not that intense, finished workout in 30 mins as I take less rest time. See you tomorrow. Like it if u want to know the results.
When you want to lose weight diet plays a major role so I skip rice at night. I eat once in d afternoon that too with portion control.
Night I'm having oats for dinner.
No sugar at all
And No salt after 7pm(my last meal of the day time)
Day 4: ✅Done. Feeling energetic after workout. I can feel that I'm building some strength in my body. Hope for weight loss too.. no sugar and no rice for dinner. I know that we did not become fat overnight, so it's a little bit impossible to slim down overnight. I really don't care how much kgs I am going to lost. One of the most important things are that these exercises are perfect to me. There were a lot of sweat, I've been tired before I even started, but I pushed it till the end. When I cooled down I felt like I don't know how to walk. So I will test this in next 14 days, every single day, which means that I will update.❤
*next day* : I don't have scale, but mesurements will work too. This morning my mesurements were:

I started this today, 28 May 2021. I will do this workout every morning and in the evenings paired the 14 days legs+hips+belly challenge workout and lose 4 kg in 10 days challenge workout. I have discarded junk food eating habit and no evening snacks either. I will eat all homemade food and cut down on sugar. Hope it goes all well.
Edit- it does work. I didn't measure my weight but given the amount of sweat during the exercise. It is a mind blowing work out 💖

day 8 done and dude i gotta say i really enjoy doing this work out. when i did it for the first time my legs were about to fall off but now i can see progress (i still sweat a lot haha but it doesn’t hurt anymore and i don’t have problems doing it). it feels nice because you can see your body getting stronger. when i first began to workout (which was about 2 months ago) i found out about this channel so i tried some easier exercise. it wasn’t really painful or long so i did it every day and my strength started to gradually built up.
i gained a lot of weight during the past two years, i got diagnosed with depression and anxiety and it was a tought time in general. but now i feel better and i actually enjoy exercise. before i could barely do a slow burpee and was out of breath after 10 squats, and look at me now :’)

Last year I weighed 88kg and i had wake up call, I was diagnosed with pre diabetes, so to reverse the effect I decided to lose weight through 30 day challenge app on the google play stores. I lose 10kg ,I had a lot of study load, so I had to back off because I had to prepare for exams which were going to be cancelled in the end😒. So Now I have free time, I was worried for entrance exams and universities for four months in Quarantine, now i have decided I will work hard and follow my destiny by resuming my weight loss challenge. My Smartphone died, so i couldn't do the 30 day challenge. Then i realised that ab exercise are toning my muscles not helping me lose weight, so i went on UA-cam and i have started HIIT and now I found this video, During this quarantine i have gained 2kgs so i am 80kg now.
Starting weight= 80kg
Goal weight = 55kg -50kg
Result after one week=
Result after two weeks=
Day 1= I have written the comment three days ago, i had to start the exercise but my periods started so i paused for three days. Now Today 1st day and i did 20 minutes without stop other than the breaks provided. I will try to do 30 min Tomorrow and gradually doing 40 mins. Inshaa Allah.
Day 2= I fell asleep in the morning so, I am doing this exercise in the evening. my muscles are sore since yesterdays exercise.

I had a c-section I never thought I would lose weight, I have been following Rortas exercises and I lost 10kgs( from 74kgs to 64kgs).To everyone who thinks they cannot do it, everything is possible if you just believe. Hi everyone! I started this last week . Loved the exercise although was hard! I'm 52 years old and 56 kg 160 cm tall. I'm very normal in size and body shape but I used to be 52 kg back to 4 years ago! Unfortunately after one week I gain weight by 600 gr so I decided to not continue this one and switched to ABS LEGS GLUTES excercises only! Is there anyone who has same experience? Shouldn't I lose weight by this excercises not gaining weight! And no I'm not eating much but I'm not on diet either! But overall I love all of Roberta s excercises! Very well done Roberta 👏👏👏 thank you

Day 1: I survived but I'm close to coma..to be honest, I didn't completely squat. My goal was to survive till end of the workout.
Day 2 : was not as hard as yesterday.
Day 3: My body is still sore..I just want to quit this challenge. I'm unable to bend, sit..ahhh my thighs!!!! I did it
Day 4: I can feel improvement in my strength. I will not stop for next 10 days :)

Please, tell me how you you get motivated, I'm trying to exercise, but I easily loose motivation ☹️
There are n number of diet plans available on UA-cam..but it takes will power to stick to any diet plans. Can you believe...it took me 3 years to have that will power. I start with any diets, there would be some or the other occasion and I would tell myself that I will eat this last time 😂 and start from tomorrow.
To lose first 7 kgs I followed versatile Vicky egg diet plan..then I switched to intermittent fasting (16 hours) with healthy meal options by skinny recipes!
@@ArsziwaAya I had severe back pain but before back pain also, I easily got tired, irritated and was restless most of the time. When I saw myself in the mirror, I always thought..this is not me. More than losing weight, I wanted to build strength. And to get motivated, I bought size large dress as I was size Xxl. Now size large is perfect for me. I want to but size small now :) hopefully I'll fit atleast medium!

Yes Poonam 😊 But it's best to remember that results depend on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. So if you know you're really more on the plus side, you may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. Fact: The food we eat plays 80% role and Exercise plays 20% role
Please make sure to make it a lifestyle not just a journey or challenge or else after u are done with the challenge and u go back to ur old lifestyle or habit thus, eating junk foods, fatty foods, soda drinks, and can or processed foods, u will gain all that weight back and even Extra
So Please make it a lifestyle/habit "Eating Healthily" even after acquiring ur desired weight
I will say diet is not necessary, just eat healthily and avoid sugar, soda drinks, and junk foods

I am starting this workout today. it is very tough as I let myself go so much and I now weigh 90.6KG.
I used to workout a lot and having this sort of pain on my stomach and legs is so nice as it lets me know I am working out. 2 weeks I hope to lose more than 6KG, but we will see.
I struggled a lot with the leg work out bits.

I do this workout with a 5 kg disc weight . It increases the intensity, burns more calories plus incorporates weight training within a single workout session without having to do HIIT and weightlifting separately.

Hi Roberta I have subscribed to your channel a 2 weeks ago. I love doing your routine exercise. Twice a day , before going to work I do morning time routine and 1 mile walk, and the evening I do your’s before bed time exercise. Sometimes I do cardio workout for 10 minutes during the day. I sleep better 7 hours, I am controlling my diet by cutting my carbs ensuring between 50-100 carbs, 2L room temperature water, no fizzy or carbonated drinks, sugar intake not more than 30%, poultry and seafood for protein intake, good fat nibbling e.g. nuts and avocado, slices lemon infused in warm water morning and evening, green tea after lunch. My calories intake 900-1100cal. Guess what? I have lost 7kg now. My bloated tummy is getting flat. My goal to lose another 3kg and will maintain exercise afterwards for my health sake. I will update you with my progress. Don’t procrastinate guys, do exercise and it worth the effort. Thank you again Roberta ❤️

I don't believe in strict diets, Sathis. Instead, you should have a balanced nutrition that will help your body stay healthy and strong! But do stay away from grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck! 💪❤️
