Been doing these a couple of nights a week in addition to intense cardio 2x per week and finally seeing inches melting off! Feel like I plateaued for a while but this kick started something for sure. My jeans are getting looser already! Drinking more water and trying to lower my carbs (I can't do no carbs!) But seeing results within 2-3 weeks thanks to this series!

Thanks mam l am 49 nw .l hv never done exercises in my life .Bt due to menopause period my weight was going on increasing .Then l saw your work out in u tube and started doing that .Nw four months passed l am doing ur exercises.l have lost 3and a half kg without any diet . @@stallion_stormborn ok. I have been doing chloe ting for two weeks, walking up and down stairs for an hour, and like 1000 jumping jacks here and there and then I hit a plataue. So I'm trying to find ways to get out of it to lose more.
I lost 3 pounds in three days I’ll tell you how I did this every night plus 100 squats and 100 jumping jacks (you can do them during the rest times) and then I went on a 20 minute walking/running break 16 mins walking 4 mins jogging/running it’s so easy just takes an hour of your day
Great video! I enjoyed the 5 day challenge and here's an idea. How about a different total body workout each day for five days that has no jumping but includes standing exercises and floor exercises. What do you think?

The best way to flatten the lower tummy is to learn how to actually use those muscles properly. No amount of exercise is going to flatten it if you're not using the muscles correctly. Dr Bri's Vibrant Pelvic Health teaches you how to use them properly. I alternate between Dr Bri and Roberta's gym.
Do different exercises, if you stick to one your body will get too used to it and you will eventually stop losing weight. I suggest day 1 to day 5 Roberta's gym workouts.
Day 1: ✅ Feeling light but body's shaking its alright will do more... Day 2: ✅ Sorry for not updating yesterday but day 2 went pretty good, I felt light and active all day after doing this workout.. Day 3: Maybe will do half (15mins) So I just got my period, thinking of doing this for 15 mins with 30 mins walk today! Day 4: So so so! I did a bit if Dance workout today cause was not able to do this one! still felt okayish.. Day 5: or Day 3 of my period? I had a family lunch today and it was on a healthy side itself not soo junky it was, full of Protein and Fiber! I didn't worked out today as I was going from this huge headache all day after coming back home..
You got this, Aishwarya A! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Amala, it's best to remember that workouts are beneficial and effective as long as you commit to it and train hard with discipline. That being said, it's also best to remember that results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train so in order to determine if a workout works for you, you need to actually do it for yourself. Sorry for not updating yesterday but day 2 went pretty good, I felt light and active all day after doing this workout..
Day 3: Maybe will do half (15mins)
So I just got my period, thinking of doing this for 15 mins with 30 mins walk today!
Day 4: So so so! I did a bit if Dance workout today cause was not able to do this one! still felt okayish..
Day 5: or Day 3 of my period?
I had a family lunch today and it was on a healthy side itself not soo junky it was, full of Protein and Fiber!
I didn't worked out today as I was going from this huge headache all day after coming back home..
You got this, Aishwarya A! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Can i do this exercises after 3 months of normal delivery.. 2 years before i was just 55kg but now i am 86kg😔..i want again to go 55kg..tell me roberta can i do this

Amala, it's best to remember that workouts are beneficial and effective as long as you commit to it and train hard with discipline. That being said, it's also best to remember that results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train so in order to determine if a workout works for you, you need to actually do it for yourself. In addition, as a part of your weight loss efforts, you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪
