    I have reduced 7 kg in one and half month with this exercise, dieting, warm water drinking and green tea. I was so passive and lazy but now i feel so energetic. ☺☺

    i've been doing this workout since the third day of movement control order(mco) because of corona (18 March 2020). i started with weight of 71kg and today 23 May 2020 i weight 62.6kg. At first my target is 65kg because i know its gonna be difficult to lose weight but since it passed my target, now i trying to get 60 kg. ouh yes i'm 153cm tall. well i'm kinda short and my bmi still overweight. Hopefully i'll get into the normal bmi range. Wish me luck guys.
    *just an update today (14 Nov 2020), my current weight is 60.2kg. It been 2 weeks since I maintain that weight. Hopefullybi can get 55kg.

      @Nure Erun i also do 10 minute belly fat workout. i do these two workout daily. for the first month (March) i just cut my rice intake but i still eat 3 time a day. by mid April i've started fasting because it's a fasting month which i only eat one proper meal after dusk per day. and i also drink only plain water and cut eating anything sweets.

      Edibilli Sunitha i do this exercise twice so it’s about 30 minutes but i also do another belly fat workout for 15 minutes so total 45 minutes

    Fantastic workout....I was 16st 13lbs been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks and I'm down to 16st 4lbs. I cant believe how much I sweat far better than going to a gym. Overall weight loss so far 9lbs in 3 weeks....fab thank you Roberta 😉😉👍👍

    I've recently moved to a new place and there is more space for me to do exercise. Currently I am approximately 80kg and 174 cm and today is 22th September 2020 and i want to lose at least 5 kg before November or even more!!

    2 years later and these exercises are still kicking my 🍑. For the last two days I have followed this video, another one of Roberta’s Gym’s 15 minute videos, and one of the 30 minute videos in a row to get approximately 1 hour workout session and when I say I feel it, that’s no joke. I had to push and take longer breaks than I did yesterday, but with the right mind set and literally saying to yourself out loud “You can do this, just push. Do not stop because if you stop you will not reach your goal.” I know this may seem harsh to myself but sometimes that’s what motivates me the most. Yes, I did miss a few sets in some of the moves, but I didn’t stay down long. Just enough to recover some strength to finish the set. You have to work smarter, not harder, and this goes for fitness too. Obviously I’m not a fit individual (currently 211 lb; 1st goal is 180 lb) or I wouldn’t be having to take so many breaks, and my goal is to build enough stamina to make it through a session without almost crying. 😂 I’ve lost 27 lbs in the last year with just diet modifications but progress started to slow down so here I am today. If no one else has said it lately, I promise you, you can do this. Noticing your own progress takes time. You may not notice progress in 3 days, not 1 week, maybe not even a month, but eventually you or someone close to you is gonna notice and you’re gonna be glad you stuck through. That’s your motivation, gaining confidence. I don’t know how I went from just wanting to comment about this routine kicking 🍑 to a mushy “don’t give up” post, but you’re welcome to whoever finds it motivating. 😂

    Today was my fourth day. Whole body sore but energy way much high. So easy to follow.iam size 18 I never thought I'll get exercises that can accommodate me. Becoming stronger every day . Thanks guys

    I love the rest times in between, it makes it more enjoyable to exercise, which I never thought about workouts that way. I'm obese, with limited mobility and this along with your other workouts are very doable, thank you!!

    I have been doing these exercises since 11th April 2020 n have lost 6 kgs.I am also doing walk along with dieting,though the weight loss is quite slow but I am sure to lose more. Thanks Roberta! these exercises really help.

    Jeez that was 33 minutes I feel proud of myself. My body is all sore. Love the feeling
    Day7: completed standing workout cardio challenge
    Day8: completed walk 1 mile at home
    (My weight is around 81.95kg as of today, don't know how much lost or gained since don't have the weight when I started )
    Day 9: today it could've been easier for you to give up Aditi, but you did it, showing up matters. You did this before sleeping so you don't lose your streak 🥺
    Completed walk 1 mile at home.
    Day 10: completed 14 day no jumping weightloss workout challenge.
    Day 11: completed lose 4kg in 7 days workout today. I skipped 2-3 exercises for I was tired. But proud of myself.
    That was 37 minutes workout 😎🖐️
    Day 12: completed standing workout cardio challenge
    Day 13: completed 14 day no jumping weightloss workout challenge. (33 mins)
    Day 14: completed standing workout cardio challenge (15 mins)
    Day 15: completed this workout (16 mins)
    Day 16: supercharge your belly fat loss journey (skipped 2-3 exercises in end because was running late) it was 27 mins and fun and easy. Didn't feel like it was 27 mins because there were tons of rest given and 14 reps. Best for beginners.
    Also variety is the key, I wasn't really feeling the will to exercise, but something new and exciting motivated me, try different workouts on diff days. You'll never get bored. Boredom is something we have to not let in us at all costs.
    **Update, got weight checked on day16, 80.85!!!! Lost 1.1 kgs😎🖐️ in 8 days
    Day 17: completed walk 1 mile at home
    Day 18: completed walk 1 mile at home
    Day 19: completed walk 1 mile at home
    Day 20: completed supercharge your belly fat weight loss journey
    Day 21: completed 5000 steps from walks of life channel (drenching in sweat currently)
    Day 22: completed standing workout cardio challenge (15 mins)
    Day 23: completed this workout
    ***Got weight checked on day 23: 81.55kgs***
    Idk why it increased, maybe because I'm not veryyy careful with my diet, will be mindful from now on. Dear Aditi, failure is the only proof of growth, the more you fail, the more you'll learn and one day you'll succeed. Keep going.
    Day 24: skipped
    Day 25: completed 14 day no jumping weightloss workout challenge
    Day 26: did 20 minutes of lose 4kg in 7 days challenge, it was 37 minutes, you don't have to push yourself wayyy hard Aditi, do at your own pace, I love you.
    Day 27: completed walk 1 mile at home.
    I am not at my house so this is an achievement, doing workout at someone else's home. Proud of u adita
    Day 28:danced 10-15 minutes with cousin, we were learning a cute dance. I think if include dance in our routine in some way, workout will become fun.
    Day 29: did 15 mins Pamela reif happy dance workout (I ate lots of junk on day 28 and 29, was at relatives house, and wanted to so yeah)
    Day 30: did 8 minutes of happy dance workout (of which channel I don't remember) and then tried learning dance. I think dance is the most fun way to workout.
    Day 31: did 25 minutes of supercharge your belly fat weightloss
    Day 32: completed this workout.
    Day 33: completed 6 mis of supercharge your belly fat weight loss. Then realised I had Sore thighs so did walk 1 mile at home.
    Day 34: did 25 minutes of lose 4 kg in 7 days
    Day 35-39: was on trip so couldn't workout. (Also ate mediocre amount of junk so yes, will cover it up now)
    Day 40: did 27 mins of supercharge your belly fat weightloss
    Day 41: did 19 minutes of lose 4kg in seven days
    Day 42: completed walk 1 mile at home
    Day43 and 44: didn't do anything, which is okay, there should be shame or guilt around it. You did what you wanted to do and you are happy. Happiness matters.
    Day 45: did 15 minutes of supercharge your belly fat weightloss
    Day 46: skipped
    *****Got weight checked on day 47, 79.65. super happy. I haven't seen 7 for a long while. Here's more to go*****
    Day 47: did 15 mins of lose 4kg in 7 days

    Day 49: did 40 mins of jumpfree workout. It had ample amount of rest included so felt pretty easy

    Hi Roberta!!! I’m following you till 5 months and with maintaining my diet, so I lose 7 kgs!! This lose had happened last 3 months , but now previous 2months my weight is not losing any more. I’m stuck at a point. Doing every exercise and walk everyday.... Can you pls suggest me which proper exercise will work on me. I have knee issues so can’t stress it on.

      Maryam Akhund I’m still using it now and I’ve definitely seen some changes I fit into my volleyball jersey properly now, I’ve lost a ton of weight so definitely keep using this! ( I’m also eating more healthier so Ye! )

    Ive been doing robertas gym exercises for 5 days already.. During rest time my sweats really poured out . I really love the exercises i hope i can lose wieght especially on my belly

    My weight started increasing like 3-4 kgs per month. So One day (finally) I decided to start workout and stop having outside food.
    And i found this video, which is good for beginners to start. So along with this workout I have tried doing 10-11k steps for approx 20 days continuously... resulted I didn't reduce weight but I lost some inches which was visible and my weight stopped increasing; it is stable since 1.5 months. I believe if I will continue this with good avg diet it will start reducing some kgs as well... Thanks Roberta 🙃

    I weigh 160lbs, I've been exercising for the past 2 and a half weeks, checking out other exercise videos. But this makes me sweat so much. I exercise with my fan off so i lose more calories. I'm gonna check my weight in the next two-three weeks.

      Btw sweating dosent burn calories it's actually your body cooling down, some people who cant sweat cant cool doen and that cause a heat stroke. But yes exercising in warmer temperatures is usually better

    Just started working out, I’ve tried working out in the past but gave up after weeks. I’m truly going to take this seriously and so far this video was quick and easy but also not a lazy workout either. Gonna come back after a week to update!

      Day 3! I’m proud of myself for not feeling unmotivated, I haven’t seen many results but it’s only the beginning and it’s going to be a slow but sure process. I’m not expecting to see results so early in my transformation but I’m going to keep trying my hardest to see results at the end of this month!

      @@divyasreedivya6196 most of the time only this exercises. Once a while i do standing cardio by roberta's gym also. I eat rice during lunch time only but in small portion (5-6 table spoon for eg). In the afternoon if i craving for something i'll eat in small portion too (1-2 table spoon for eg) Morning and night i drink meal replacement. Hope this will help u..

    WOW! I can't believe the difficulty factor in these! MOST of them I was able to complete, but there were a couple where I had to stop well before the count was up. I am going to do these every morning until they are too easy --- THAT is going to take a very long time, for sure!

    I started to do this exercise from today (june20) i planned for one month challenge... let's workout and i try to do this exercises with consistent for 1 month... encourage me to stay consistent frds....I can do it...I have completed my workouts 6days...let's hopefully reach the target...😊

    Hello sir m going outside for daily walk only I can’t do more excersize but this excersize is very easy nd without jumping I can do this easily in early morning my weight after pregnancy was89kg but now my weight is 84.8 kg thnks so much for give us best nd easy exercise 👍

    If you're a beginner I really recommend this one start with the easyest workouts you find you don't wanna see sport like a hard bad thing you wanna see it like a fun exercise
