    I love that Amy stopped and went to a different move when it got to be too much. That was great modeling for us and showed she practices what she preaches. Luv her.

    Amy is so great. Professional and knowledgeable. Doesn’t talk for the sake of it. I’ve done about half her workouts several times.

    I love your videos Amy!!! I discovered you after I gave birth to my son and you've been helping me loose the 30 kilos I gained during pregnancy. I especially enjoy your attitude during the videos- not harsh but accepting and encouraging of all levels :) Please, could you
    make videos that are easy on the knees?

    I have been doing Strength and Cardio HIIT Workout and 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout and I love them, will do this tonight, I like the modification for beginners, makes my workouts easier when I get tired while doing advanced workouts, thanks a lot Amy‼️

    Thought I'll challenge myself om my 65 th birthday. I can't do lots of those movements and every time you said this is the last one I was hoping for it to end and then another least one ☺️. I did the low impact version. Thanks Amy.
