Another fantastic workout! Please excuse the long comment, but I want to thank you for all you do for us, Amy. I had my annual blood screening recently and the results indicate I am in the best shape of my entire life! A near perfect health score! It has been a 20 year journey to reach this point and I could not have accomplished this without the support of so many people. You are one of those people. Your workouts have been a part of my weekly routine for about 5 years and I can do things now that I couldn't do 20 years ago, so thank you! I hope to join your club in 2022 to continue my journey and give back to the BodyFit community. Thank you!
after taking care of my sick babies 24/7 I only had the time to get it in at 9 pm! So short was great

I did this workout a day earlier, because I wanted to keep on the cardio and abs focus that I was doing today. I added this onto a spin workout and wow, I really enjoyed it! What a nice challenge. Today, I actually did the full burpees bringing my chest down to the floor! Fantastic workout Amy, and yes for sure, I put this on my favorite list for when I am away and don't have any equipment with me! Loved it!!!!!💥🔥💦✳️🌟✳️🌟✳️!

If I was a Multi-Millioner I would get Amy anything she wants to train daily with me in person.
So many variations are a bit confusing while doing the exercise…..🤯
