This 25 minute workout uses pilates inspired moves to tighten and tone your legs and butt, and strengthen and sculpt your core. Options for all levels.
Oldie but a goodie! Loved that there was no instructional downtime in this one, good for those of us that are regulars.

It is SOooooo hard :( 🥵🥵🥵I couldn't do the first move: lunge and lift the back leg... and all the add-ons of that move... my knee was hurting... maybe, I was doing something wrong and my core strength is really bad too.... the other moves were hard too.... but I'll keep doing it to improve my strength. Thanks Amy! 💖🙏🏻

Amy, I really love your workouts and enjoy this one even though I find it a bit hard. I did this on Friday and 5 days later I still have a very sore back. Has anyone else had this problem with this particular video? I don’t have this problem with your other videos. Maybe there’s something I’m doing wrong. I like this workout and don’t want to stop doing it but not if I’m in pain from it. Do you have any other suggestions?

This hurt so bad. I was burning. Loved every minute. I didn't preview the video before I did it and I occasionally wondered if I would be able to finish but I did it! 😅

I like this workout because it takes pilates which I love and strength and does it with a punch. It was tough at the end plank leg lifting after all the rest. This was my first attempt at a Pilates workout, I loved it! Who knew all these small moves could hurt SO bad?! Will be coming back to this video again and again, thank you for great instruction as always.
Amy I have been doing your workouts for years starting when I was pregnant! I started your kettlebell challenge but halfway through ugh too much kettlebell! I love a mix. A month long pilates/kettlebell Playlist with a focus on posture would be so awesome! LOL I don't ask for much, do I. I love exercising. But I always fall off the wagon with challenges of any instructor because a month of any one thing is just too much. And when I am not doing a challenge, I say oh yeah this 12 minute workout is fine for today! Lol. After two babies my posture is just crap and it's sad because I used to have excellent posture. Kids!!!!

OMG! You'd think after 9 months of doing your bodysculpting with weight videos, this would be about the same. Nope. Gosh am I gonna be sore! But it's good to be challenged.

This was fun. There were unexpected moves for me. It didn't feel exactly like other pilates videos I do, but enjoyable all the same. I found the side planks and the beginning pulse lunges difficult.
Very creative and well-paced routine. Broke the rhythm of my pilates workouts and made me work.

I've been working out, walking 2-3miles/day, recently started lifting heavy weights blah blah...this is the first time I have ever done Pilates. Why are my legs HURTING a day later?? Holy moly! I thought Pilates was to make you stretch and feel good...I will definitely be back for more. Thanks Amy!
Just found this video. Absolutely loving it!! Can’t get to the gym for Corona reasons. And I thought as i weight train, this would be easy. How wrong I was. It’s (thankfully) at a nice steady pace. Just enough to let you know what Pilates is about.
No matter how many times i do this workout... that first circuit kicks my butt!!! Literally!!! I love it!!! Thankyou AMY!!!

I have been trying to find a workout that targets core and rear - Love this routine! I am definitely out of shape even though I wear a small. Body size is not an indicator of physical fitness. My target area is my lower core - I have had two sections and my lower core has been the hardest to re-tone. Even though I practice yoga. I followed and will be doing this daily until I get myself back to my pre-baby fitness endurance level. Thanks so Much for Posting.

Thanks a lot, Amy. I've enjoyed your prenatal, postnatal workout videos so much. I do have one question, though. It's been seven weeks since having a baby and I wonder how many more weeks I should wait to follow this (traditional) abs and booty workout.
Your sadistic. First try I can't do it but I'll be back it took me a few weeks to be able to do your 30 minutes Pilate for abs and core. This one is ridiculous.
this is surprisingly tough for a quick hitter ---- Amy gets a lot of circuits squeezed into on 25 minutes.
