- No Equipment Needed, an intense abs workout. You can perform this workout anywhere and anytime. Bodyweight training hosts a plethora of benefits that will help create a better athlete. Stability, strength, power, mobility, spatial awareness, and conditioning are just a few of the benefits that bodyweight training can provide to you.
Structure
------------------------------
The workout lasts for 10 min and consists of 20 exercises with nor rest between.
Every exercise lasts for 30 seconds. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

I do this with their famous full body workout and guess it is very hard but it is something that I do everyday... You can notice changes from 2nd week though

Make Shooting tutorials how to hit the target everytime bottom and top corners
One advice to make your accuracy much better is to put targets in those corners like a bottle(for the bottom corner) or a t shirt (for the top corner). Try do this with the correct Shooting technique as well
