Structure
------------------------------
The workout lasts for 20 min and consists of two parts with 1 min rest in between.
Every exercise lasts for 30 seconds. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

Ive made a decision because I’m tired of being bullied for my obesity. and I’m disappointed in the way my body looks. I swear one day I’ll make those bullies sorry they ever even looked me in the eyes. think this is corny if you want but I’m not kidding. One day you’ll have that drive that motivation that makes you want to prove so much and defeat the people who disrespect you at all costs. That’s my goal and I’m sticking to it. I had to add a weighted vest on for this because im a girl and i want to be able to be up there with the boys in high school and im playing football. This a damn good workout.
