    Ive made a decision because I’m tired of being bullied for my obesity. and I’m disappointed in the way my body looks. I swear one day I’ll make those bullies sorry they ever even looked me in the eyes. think this is corny if you want but I’m not kidding.     I am doing this workout every second day for three weeks now, including a 30min stretching every fifth day and it is very very effective. On the first day i couldnt finish the exercises, now i dont sweat that much anymore, its still hard tho. Thank you for this amazing workout, i will keep doing this.

      Good job bro, I’m doing this workout like you but I has done this every third day until now is two weeks because i’m in summer vacation and has few subjects to study hehee. I have few trouble like you 1 part on the first day is I did’t get use to the movement of some lessons in this exercises but now I adapted with it and did it easier than the first day. So keep doing this bro, we’re get better day by day with this exercise hehe

      @@tony6512 when i did it back then it helped me a lot to increase my strength and endurance but i can say it wont give you your dream body you only might get a little more defined thats it therefore i started hitting the gym, but as a footballer i would still recommend this workout instead of doing nothing on off days

    14-year-old girl who is looking to regain the strength that she has lost over the holidays so far.
    Day 1: Only able to do 75% before dying.
    Day 2: Able to do 100% but still dying.
    Day 3: First bit felt a lot easier but still struggled as it went on. 100%
    Day 4: Brother joined in, about the same level of difficulty as the day before.
    Day 5: Brother joined in, a bit harder today for some reason.
    Day 6: Taking a break because of New Year's eve.
    Day 7: Still taking a break for celebrations.
    Day 8: Exercise was 10x easier than all the other days the break let my muscles regenerate. Will probably do this exercise every other day now because of this.
    Day 9: Rest day, even if I wanted to exercise I was sick.
    Day 10: Slightly harder than day 8 but still much easier than all the other ones.

    It's a good video but you need to add the bells back into the video. I'm doing one of the exercises and it's already into the next one with no warning, and those bells helped all the time not to lose track on which exercise you are doing.

      Hey don't worry this happens... At first and you should not worry about because this not a bad thing but a very good thing.. and avoid using weighted vest ( I know you are feeling to use it ) but it will harm if u can't do it properly so do these exercises first

    Doing this 3 times a week.
    Day 1: struggled a lot but still completed it
    Day 2: it’s Saturday but still gonna get that work in!
    Day 3: it’s Monday, the workout becomes a little easier when you push yourself.
    Day 5: same as day 4 to be honest
    Day 6: way easier than the last time!

    im 15, benchwarmer (No kidding), done this twice already, I start struggling at 14 min. We are not gonna play some games for a while until august. MY GOAL- Start a game and win my position (Right back).
    BTW gonna update weekly. (NEXT update will be May 19)
    Skipped 2 days and I'm disappointed going at it 100% today I'll still update in May 19.
    May 24-Forgot to update but I do this with jump rope and I can tell my stamina has improved.
    May 27- Early update but I can go further in the video now. (18 min) just finished now I'm taking a 10 min break then straight to jump rope (30 min).
    June 7- can finally complete the whole thing with some breaks in between (about 10 seconds). Very happy time for jump rope.
    Still going strong ( GREAT progress I can beat people in my practice that i could never beat and have way more conditioning. June 19
    June 24- I completed the workout i can do the whole thing with like 5 second breaks.
    July 9- still going strong recent vacation slowed me down.
    july 19- im doing great but i need to work on my touches if i want to become the starter in my soccer team.
    Aug 1- going stronger more intensity (I get more gametime now but I'm suffering from blisters.
    Aug 8- started getting way more game time and I started a game.😀

    Goona share my experience with y’all.
    For the first week I am going to do it 3 days a week so I can get used to it.
    Day 1: was able to complete first 8 minutes easily but they was only able to do 10 15 reps per exercise.
    Day 2: Got easier than the first day completed 75% of the exercise with no difficulty. Felt like I took a bath with sweat.

    Love this workout. When I first started, the music was 'neutral' but awesome and it included a 3 second countdown timer so I know when the next exercise is about to start and I don't have to strain my neck to check how much time is left with the current exercise. A few weeks ago, the music changed and some of the lyrics drops the F word. Moreover, the 3 second countdown timer is gone. At the very least, can you please bring back the 3 second countdown timer?

    i scored my 2nd goal in training today in a training match after a few days of joining, and its hard to score in my training matches, cause its full field, it was a long shot, i will incorporate this into my training.
    My routine-
    Monday- 28 minutes HIIT cardio (3 videos) (one 8 minute the other two 10 minutes)
    Tuesday- 20 minute footballer workout +10 minute HIIT workout.
    Repeat this schedule for wednesday thursday friday and saturday.

    Whenever i start this workout 1day that workout looking hard but now I continually do this workout and now I have 60-70 days to i daily do this workout and now this workout gives satisfaction and interpeace.. that ft fitness

    I love this training, and I've already been doing it for 1 month, but without wanting to I read an article saying that it's not good to do the same training for a long period of time, because you get bored, etc. But I planned to do the training like this, to give 100%100 for a period of 1 year or more. What do you think, does it apply here too? Because there are many exercises plus they are only 20 min

    I have decided that I want to be a bit more in shape for soccer and just in general because I can never finish the runs without stopping and I feel this could help with it! I’ll be editing this as I progress through the week
    Day 1: WAY unprepared(no water or anything) I lasted 6 minutes 👍🏻
    Day 2: I was on call with my bff the whole time and managed to finish but I feel so soreeee
    Day 3: I forgot..
    Day 4: I just had a McFlurry right before and made it fifteen minutes bc I didn’t feel well…
    Day 5: Hurt my ankle in gym so deciding to take a break for this
    Day something: deciding since I have gym every day and on fridays we do workouts that I should just do this Monday’s and Wednesdays

    Just coming back from having Covid. This was my first full workout (along with ball work and a different circuit earlier) and I’m pretty tired. Excellent way to get back into full match fitness though
