8 Minute Med Ball Six Pack Ab Workout | No Equipment

- This killer 8 minute workout takes you through four different med ball ab exercises. Using a medicine ball you will perform the med ball crunch, med ball mountain climber, russian twists and single leg suitcases. If you don't have a medicine ball you can always follow along without one.

I never had abs in my life, I started this once or twice a week consistently for a few months plus lots of cardio and I have crazy 6 pack now this routine works just gotta burn calories running or riding as well 😊

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

Dave, have started doing this routine with just a volleyball over past 3 months. For some one who is active but with with historical lower back & hip flexor issues, this routine is just great. Yip, the mountain climbers are a killer but the reward is there. You can feel it!! Cheers man.

Great ab workout Dave. Low impact but really isolates the key areas. The mountain climbers are a killer but man you get the benefit.
I saw your 8 minute ab workout, and it was very challenging! I'm now doing this workout on the weekends. I was very humbled on the Mountain Climber. I was slipping off the ball, and my balance was off. I practiced and practiced and practiced and practiced where I'm able to now do this for about 20 seconds before I moved on to the Russian Twists. Instead of doing this circuit twice, I'll do one circuit, then do it again 4 times spread out during the course of a day on the weekend. Thanks for sharing and I've subscribed to your content. Your HIIT workouts add a great variety to my week.
