Improve Your Touch & Burn Fat With 4,000 Touches Workout | Ball Mastery Cardio Workout

- Try out our Ball Mastery 20 min Cardio Workout. This workout not only will help you to improve your touch and become better with the ball but also it is a great way to burn some calories. So you can train with a double effect. Throughout the workout, you will make approximately 4,000 touches and burn about 400 calories. Great way as a post-workout or for your relaxing days.
Structure
------------------------------
The workout lasts for 20 min and consists of two parts with 1 min rest in between.
Every exercise lasts for 1 min. This is a full-length workout so you can just follow it while you training.

I think your videos are good but do we really need to have ads throughout the whole workout. It really messes up the flow of it when I have to stop in the middle of a rep and skip the ad. I get it you gotta make money but maybe just put the ads at the beginning and end rather than 3-4 within the whole video on top of that. Thanks
