I dont know why but every time when im doing an upperbody workout my arms are dying. Nothing else just my arms and maybe my shoulders a bit. Why? Im training it, does it have anything to do with my diet?
I'm a beginner and I'm not sure I'd be able to do all of the exercises if I do each one for 45 seconds. Can anyone please suggest a new time limit keeping a 15 year old boy who's fitness levels are fairly good?
Just do them, but adjust the variation to your liking, for example the push ups, if your unable to do them for 45 seconds, adjust on your knees and straighten your body to your liking where you still feel struggle

It does. You need to eat more protein rich food to repair your muscle.

The gym is better for muscle size, this is better for muscular endurance but will build some muscle too
