Good stuff mate semi pro footballer here, was looking for core strength during lockdown, club didn’t give us any exercises related to core. Add this in with my workout and feels brilliant. And earned my sub cuz no bs straight to the point and excercises make sense for footballers. Cheers

@@devisookdeo doesn’t seem like a good routine. 6 days every week to push yourself, 20 min each time you do it to push yourself as well. Push your comfort zone, maybe even do this video 2 times in a day, or maybe even 3!
Ensure you’re really engaging at the core when performing the exercises and that the correct technique is being used. This workout does incorporate exercises that will work the shoulders but they definitely shouldn’t be hurting more than your core muscles.
@@aneesmalik6090 You med to do some sort of cardio first and keep an healthy diet. After you see results you could start doing these kind of abs and core workouts about 3 times/week. Keep going! 👍
@@leotf-ve9mk Ok cardio is important for stamina, but strength in your core is important as well. I’m a defender, I instead do these no equipment videos but for arms I do dumbells. Defenders normally work on strength more, so cardio might not the best option for some positions.

I am 14 years old how many times a week should I practice? your exercises are very interesting and worth my effort.
Every other day
I’m 14 I train Monday (gym), Tuesday, Thursday , Friday and play Saturday so I do it on a Wednesday and a Sunday
You should do 4x-5x a week 20 minutes on 2 days and 10 min on 3 days
