- Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your heart pumping and blast through calories. We will be doing lots of high energy jumping movements to the beat of the music, however I'll be providing those low impact modifications as well. This is an all standing routine which means zero floor work and wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sweating! 💞 xox Mik

Your workouts are the best I have found so far. They are non-repetitive, easy to follow and very effective. Your guidance is clear and calm and even the music complements the workouts perfectly. Yes I did the low impact modifications but held a .5kg weight in each hand and ankle weights same .5kg (1.1lbs) so still got a good puff going😊👍 thanks for this challenge, almost done first week😊Going to do your last day of stretching now so can have Sunday off tomorrow ❤
Thank you for putting together a 20 minute workout, standing, low impact option, with high intensity. 20 minutes is the perfect amount of time for my workout before my day, standing allows me to get a workout in without reinjuring my upper body, and saving my knees with your low impact option. Love this workout!!!!
I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you guys start judging I’m eating clean. I started with Next Level Diet two months ago and it’s working great but I just need to boost it up little more with these exercises.

I’ve been following your workout for few weeks. It’s great fun to try different one everyday. I found the 20 minutes and the low impact were more suitable for me. I wish the little window at upper right corner could stay entire length of the each session if there is a low impact version. This way would be much easier to follow. Thanks so much!

I came across your videos on UA-cam and I figured I might as well give it a try you are amazing and you have helped me so much get back into the swing of exercising and I feel great all day at work now instead of in pain.
Usually, there is at least one movement in a workout that I am tempted to skip but you structured this workout so well that I kept just wanting to move onto the next move! It was the first video by you that I followed and I have to say, I think I found one of my fave workout channels :)

Gosh you're good. I did hiityears ago before the chronic pain hit. im still dealing with it but to a slightly lesser degree so im trying to work at least a little impact in now and to get my cardio. What a perfect workout to do it without destroying me in the process. Also, you have the BEST timing...I physically and mentally cannot do workouts where the moves dont match the beat. it frustrates me. you put so much thought into this and I thank you so much for it.

Love the workout and the modifications - great cues.
Really like the alternating between low and high impact (with low impact options as well) and also that many of the moves were complex enough to need some concentration, which made the time go faster, but not so complex that I couldn't keep up 👏💪

And the coaching on the breathing helps with a lot of moves. I also love your wrist-friendly workouts. I like ground work, but my wrists/shoulders can give me issues (I guess you tell I am of a certain age). Keep up the great workouts
