about the front lateral raises, it's not wrong to take your hand above your shoulder level...the moment your arm goes to a certain level above the shoulder level, you start engaging your traps...so if you have a shoulder and traps workout, you can pretty much do that, provided you don't retract your scapula a lot...i see a comment below, saying that arnold did what i just mentioned....that was his goal...so be safe, use your free hand to observe the muscle movement and activation on the side you are working on...and never use momentum, have control of the weights at any point of the range of motion... cheers guys :)
you can do an exercise of raising your arm from shoulder level to above the head and back at the shoulder level for a superb contraction of the traps. #trap-tip

Videos are nice, one suggestion there should be a camera movement while shooting the workout so that muscle movement is visible easily now its static camera recording only one side of a activity.

Following this video gave me rotator cuff injury. Thanks to Jeff Cavaliere and Guru Mann, I've recovered from it. The side lateral raise mentioned in the video with bottle twisting action is surely heading for injury if done for a prolonged period. Jeff Cavaliere clearly mentions it in one of his videos and the consequences of doing it that way. And no shoulder workout is complete without rotator cuff workout, incorporate rotator cuff workouts for a injury free shoulder and include external rotation in shoulder workout. AVOID INJURY GUYS!! I recovered, but prevention is better than cure.

the order of exercise shown here is not optimal, you shoukd start with the muscle which is the weakest and with an isolation movement. So start with side laterals, shirt lever and long lever, which will hit the lateral deltoid which are the weakest, then do for posterior deltoid and then front delts and end with shrugs. similarly for bench press, we shoukd start with upper chest, inclined bench press and then move to flat and declined. the intention shoukd be to hit the weaker muscles early.doing shoulder press will hit all the three heads, so shoukd be considered at the end.this is scientifically the best way, but again you can follow whichever order u follow.
